This elliptical is awful! There is no difference in the tension from 1 to 8. It’s very choppy and doesn’t ride smooth at all. The monitor doesn’t work. I will be returning mine.

    • Great customer service in solving problem
After assembling the elliptical machine and using it for two weeks, I began to hear a loud screeching noise with the machine while using it. I contacted customer service and received a reply from Betty within 24 hours and described the issues I was having and what I did to remedy with no success. Betty was extremely diligent and after two more days she advised that I was going to receive a replacement and it arrived within one week. I assembled the machine and was more liberal with the lubricant this time and all appears good so far. Betty is a credit to her company and was able salvage a bad experience for me. ... show more
