Good little elliptical for my use. I am not a gym rat but after sitting for extended periods of time for work and then relocating to the couch I just needed something to get me off my tush. This does the job. My husband put it together (I stayed out of the way and heard some cursing) so assembly seemed to be a bit challenging mainly he says bc the nuts were put on the rods but you need to remove them first and they were like stuck on and really hard to get off (no way I could have done it). Took him about 3.5 hours total. But once together it’s an easy on/off. No muss no fuss. It is “manual” so it is harder than the fancy gym machines and in terms of noise to me it is as expected for a manual machine. Working my way up to better health! ... show more

Used the item sporadically for 14 months putting 170 miles on it. From day 1, it felt occasionally like the wheel would bind and make it harder to pedal. Reversing seemed to free it up eventually. One day, the display did not come on when I started to pedal. I then noticed that the wires for the speed sensor were torn out. I took it apart and found a couple problems. For one, the bike uses brass/oillite bearings on the axle instead of ball bearings and they were dry and gummed up which was binding the wheel. Then, because the axle nuts were not tightened properly, it caused the axle (which the speed sensor is attached to) to rotate and that's what ripped the wires out. I contacted the company and they responded quickly, however I was told that they are not set up to provide replacement parts and didn't have the sensor in stock even if they did sell parts. Since my warranty period had passed, they could do nothing but offer me a discount on a future purchase. If I had ridden the product for 4 or 5 miles a day, this problem would have shown up in a month or two. It would have been replaced under warranty. Since I didn't use it enough, I'm out $180 and it's a pile of parts right now waiting to go in the garbage. Bottom line, it was cheaply made and poorly assembled. I've had a similar machine before. Easy to assembly with the instructions. However, it is super noisy. It sounds like the propellers of an engine. I've deconstructed to see if I could loosen a belt, but the casing is pretty secure. Maybe the noise factor is a one-off situation and I got a bad one, but it's definitely not a pleasurable sound while riding. Hopefully, things will loosen up as I continue to use it. ... show more

It was good. It’s not very expensive so it’s also not super high quality. It’s works well and displays info so it’s enough. I’d recommend if you want a cheaper machine.

There were some issues but after contacting the seller, they promptly took care of it. It works pretty good for the price. It’s not too loud, there is some noise but nothing too bad. I think it’s worth it as long as doesn’t get damaged in shipping.

Only thing I’m going to do is add some weight, do it doesn’t wobble. Otherwise my husband had to adjust the belt so it’s quiet, but the resistance is not there. Seems to not do anything. Just got it today. Will see how it goes.
