Great product - most of it pre put together ( all chairs and table top)- just add legs !! I get lots of compliments on it and don’t have to worry about the weather rotting or discoloration Very sturdy ! ( Side not - and completely NOT an issue with product) BUT the delivery came - not in a regular delivery truck or van but a transfer truck - which could not make the turn down the road my house is on - so they called me - I had to get my husband’s truck -which was attached to a trailer and side by side ….( I had to go pick up the driver to back it up and disconnect it - cause I did t know how) meet him at the road - and take the pallet apart to put it ( weight wise) into the truck and me drive it back home -….. NOT A DEAL BREAKER because I love it …. Just saying … it was a 45 ? Minute delivery!!! And you have to be home for it !

We have always had wrought iron patio furniture, but we recently had a new patio with pavers installed and wanted to make sure we had furniture that would not rust on our new pavers or blow away and break in storms. We already had two rockers and a side table from Polywood and love them, so we decided to invest in this set. We're so crazy about it that a few months later we ordered a second set in order to seat more people on our patio. The chairs come assembled and my husband and I easily assembled the table. I do recommend having two people to make it easier. This is a heavy duty set. It's not going anywhere. The only minor quibble I have with it is that the slats on the table could be a bit closer together so things don't fall through so easily, but it's not a big deal. We've never spent this much money on patio furniture before, but we don't regret it. It will handle whatever you or the weather throw at it. Highly recommend.

This patio set arrived on time and was very easy to put together. We’re extremely pleased with the set. It’s easy to clean and extremely durable. Highly recommended! We have the pool side polywood chairs with side table. We have had them for a few years and the color and durability is as good as when we first bought them. I’m sure the patio set will be the same way.

I was pleased with my patio furniture upon delivery and initial assembly. By day two my POLYWOOD Lakeside Dining Set was an unsightly mess. Why? Gnawed by squirrels the guaranteed long lasting durable furniture I was hoping to enjoy seeing and using for many seasons was damaged to the point of being a major disappointing expensive purchase lesson and eyesore. I called customer service to ask if this squirrelly problem was an issue and learned it was a standing subject of concern. I was told about a procedure to deter such destruction. Yes one recommendation is rubbing the surface with peppermint essential oil. This would have better served my purpose if the information was rendered before the damage was done. I can't hold the squirrels accountable BUT do believe this could be valuable information that is disclosed to customers and of course NOT part of the POLYWOOD guarantee promise. I imagine peanut oil might be used to mold the furniture pieces. So being so, in regard to the propensity of squirrels and other small animals being attracted to that component that allows them to freely use the furniture or other items where peanut oil is incorporated for their gnawing pleasure it would have been appreciated to at least been made aware with a CUSTOMER WARNING! BEWARE of CHEWING ATTRACTION to SMALL ANIMALS!

Very easy to ensemble.The chairs do not need to be put together just the table does and it does not take long to do.my husband and I are seniors and we put it together in about 15 minutes.It is a very sturdy set and I know it will last for a long time so no more replacing our outdoor dining set.Well worth spending the extra money .We have it set up by our pool and don’t have to deal with rust anymore on our patio.I got the gray set and I love it.
