I purchased the Farmhouse Dining Set with four chairs and two armchairs, two gliders, four rockers, two coffee tables and, separately, five end tables. Beautiful furniture that only needed some minor removal of extra material fringing and one bolt hole opened to allow the bolt all the way through. In the first glider package there was not enough hardware to complete the job but someone must have thought this would be a problem and placed two packets in which resolved that issue. The gliders are surprisingly easy to put together: Keep in mind I am a 68 year old female who did all this on my own. Good job Polywood. The area of concern seems to be quality control in inspecting the merchandise going out. I am now ready to complete putting together the table. The box that holds the legs for the table is separate from the table top, cross braces and bottoms of legs. I opened the leg box up and they are the only items in a light brown color. I contacted the company as they state on their website that filling out the online form is the quickest way to get a response. I am hopeful they will get back to me soon. I contacted them early last week through Amazon regarding the one arm chair not having needed hardware and still have not heard from them. As I stated, the furniture is strong, heavyweight and appears to be of a quality that should last for decades.
