This filament looks absolutely amazing once printed. The finish is incredibly clean with almost no visible layer lines, especially on curved surfaces. The color is rich and consistent, and the subtle sparkle effect gives prints a really premium look without being overly flashy or distracting. The glitter effect is done perfectly in my opinion — it catches the light just enough to add depth and character while still keeping the overall finish smooth and refined. Print quality was excellent throughout with consistent extrusion and no issues during longer prints. Look let's be honest. Polymaker makes GREAT filament. It prints well runs true to color, does not arrived tangled, does not clog nozzles and is just all around outstanding. Unfortunately they ONLY provide it on cardboard spools and I simply cannot recommend you order cardboard spooled filament from Amazon. Amazon damages at least 1 out of every 2 cardboard spools they deliver to me and that damage means the spools won't run in my AMS. I love Polymaker and would use their filament exclusively if they would offer refills in all the colors that I need (and keep them stocked on Amazon). ... show more

I’m new to 3D printing and started with a Bambu P1S AMS combo kit. I must say that initially the Bambu brand filament worked great but the orange would get tangled in the spool often. For replacement filaments I purchased other brands that were notable and got respectable reviews. I found them to always be inconsistent, clogging the nozzle and not adhere well to the plate. Polymaker was the only brand that consistently worked every time. The filament never clogs, never sticks to the nozzle, and adheres to the plate perfectly every single time. This melts very well and is easy to print. This filament seems to print with razor-sharp edges, and forms perfectly. This filament has a very nice sheen that does a good job of hiding layer marks, but is VERY brittle, especially for PLA. The upside of this is that for small solid shapes you get extreme hardness. Filament consistently feeds into the ams and tangles by shifting left (worse when it retracts) causing it to get stuck and jam. Stringing and poor quality printing. I have to manually unload the filament and correct the tangle (cutting and throwing away the section that got tangled) and then try and try again. This roll has now done it 4 times. It seems like it was not wound correctly from the get go on the cardboard spool as the left side was lower than the right from the get go. I know how to put refills on and had no issues before re-using bambu spools. I normally use Sunlu but really wanted my favorite color teal and the two projects I made today don't look that good. I have seen multiple colors of polymaker that I wanted to try - but was hesitant regarding some of the prices so decided to try the refill roll first. I won't be ordering more. ... show more

Great stuff, my Bambu Labs A1 seems to do excellent using this filament refill. Printing my own spools now. Saves a few bucks. This brand is turning out to be my go to. Good color and quality and a great price. Haven’t had any tangling issues with it like I’ve had with some other brands. Great value doing the refilling thing.
