  • Its nice but has issues
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
Overall I love the headset, it has all the features I wanted and unlike most every other on ear headset, this one is actually comfortable enough for a 10 hour shift in a high volume call center. I love the fit, love the feel, love the fairly simple interface and I love the fact that my work allowed me to install the software without admin rights (means it is trusted software at my bank). Issues have been ever present. The most annoying and common issue is it connecting and disconnecting both PC and connected phone on its own for no reason. Usually it's the cell I keep connected to listen to music while working in project and the phone will connect and disconnect itself pretty frequently. Annoying but the simple fix is when it gets really annoying I just disconnect it from my phone (in my phone's BT settings). A more rare, but far more disruptive issue is it will sometimes disconnect from the PC while I'm in the middle of a call with a client. It's happened maybe 5 times out of 1000 calls - but that is still something I've never really had happen as a result of the headset I was using. Equally rare and equally problematic is the headset will turn itself off randomly. Sometimes it will turn itself right back on (you'll know because the voice us telling you what's going on) and sometimes it will not turn back on until you toggle the power switch. The Poly Lens App changes setting for the headset on its own, which is annoying - I'm constantly having to go back and set my Mute warning to audible, etc. In addition, it seems to display a red banner that says "No network connection" often, when my connection is strong and working perfectly with our myriad of systems. I bought this "renewed" directly from Amazon and let me say it wasn't renewed at all. The box was still sealed from the previous customer who returned it and inside was his rma/packing slip with all his info on it - which proves they never even opened it. They just slapped a sticker on the outside and resold it without even looking at it - so beware with that. Overall I like the headset, but it has some issues and I can't tell you if they are present on all of them, or if I just got a defected headset because somebody working at Amazon didn't feel like doing their job that day. Battery life is good enough to get you through a 15 hour day as long as you pop it on the charging cradle for breaks. We use TalkDesk at my job, it's possible the issues might be related to some sort of conflict with TD, but I doubt it. The activity lights only light up when I get a call in teams - the headset doesn't detect me being on endless calls in Talk Desk. ... show more

  • Good headset for calls and meetings. Works well with my PC and mobile phone.
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
I own the Poly Voyager 5200 headset, and absolutely love it. I was looking for a headset for both ears with ANC to help reduce more outside noise. I work from home and have a wife who also works from home as well as two little kids home for the summer. I needed something that would both reduce noise that I would hear and also reduce the outside noise the call hears. The Voyager Focus 2 headset does both rather well. The muffle the sound, and then add in ANC for me and I am not distracted by anything else going on in my house. The caller also doesn't hear any of the background noises and gets a crisp clear voice connection from me. The only complaint I have about these is they do not allow enough of my own voice to come through the headset, so talking with them can feel like talking with your ears covered. I wish they let just a little more of my own voice come through, so it wasn't as awkward for me. I prefer to use these when I am on long meetings that don't require me to talk much, and then switch to my Voyager 5200 headset when I need to talk a lot on a phone call. Not ideal, but it works. ... show more

  • This is the one, and I have tried them all
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
I now work from home and have been on a quest to find the best headset for me. I use my headset almost exclusively for MS Teams. I was seeking a headset that was comfortable, I just put it on and wear it around the house most of the day. I also wanted one that obviously had good sound and the mic had to transmit my voice clearly. Lastly I wanted one that had a long battery life. This headset checks every box and does it well. When you open the box, the size and construction quality is clear immediately. This is a well made, sturdy, but not heavy headset. The Leitner was super light and comfortable, but felt cheap and it's 5-6 hours of battery life were a literal joke. For those comparing this to the Poly 4320, this is a different animal altogether in terms of construction, sound quality and noise cancellation. I also have tried the Jabra 65, it was lighter, but did not have any range, it would lose connectivity from my office to the kitchen and it is not a palatial kind of distance. You will not regret this purchase, it simply works, the poly app allows a high level of customization and honestly the lift mic to mute alone is almost priceless, no fumbling for a switch. I highly recommend this headset. ... show more

  • Early review
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
My wife and I share a home office, and occasionally have simultaneous meetings. Lately, she's been a more active participant in her meetings, and I have been having to strategically mute and unmute myself in order to participate in mine. Currently, she's in a meeting, speaking often, and my mic level remains at zero 99% of the time unless I deliberately make noise. My wife has an older version of the same headset, and she tells me that the dog can be barking in the same room and her call participants can not hear it, or hear it at a very quiet volume. So far, I'm happy. I'll update if that changes. ... show more

  • Good

The headphones work great. Only complaint is how tight they are even with expanding. Literally hurt my ears

  • Worth it on Discount if you have durable ears lol
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
The sound and noise cancelling were high quality compared to most headphones you wear for phones. But even on the widest physical adjustment, they hurt my ears after 30-60 minutes of use (I have sensitive ears but you may not). So I returned these, also because I no longer needed them when I switched jobs where I didn't need headphones. They worked better than the wired headphones and there was no issue connecting to multiple devices. Honestly, the pain in my temples and ears is the main reason I returned them. I also loved the pull down speaker - it was fancy and worked great. If you can find them on sale, they're worth a try. Many products you need to try out to see how they work for you. It's difficult to go off reviews alone. ... show more
