I have used a different model for years but tried this one when it came out. The size is a little small for my head (it is pretty big) but the comfort is amazing. I sometimes actually forget I'm wearing it. Sound quality is really good. The desk stand/charger is awesome as that is less cords laying around and leaves it in easy reach. The connection is really fast--I can easily answer calls even when I have to turn it on after the first ring. For how much I have spent on headsets, this one I have had the least complaints about when using it on phone calls. Sound quality is impeccable, can't barely hear any background noise, and it just works! Used for a long time and only had 1 connectivity issue, and pretty sure it was the computer, not the headset. This Bluetooth headset worked right out of the box. Went into BT settings and paired it and then was off talking. It is crystal clear and zero BT lag like with with so many other headsets. On noise cancellation, friends I did tests with could not tell I was in the bathroom (no echo from the tiles.) They could not hear me washing my hands nor did they hear the toilet flush when I flushed it for the test. We just kept talking crystal clear the whole time. I love one ear headsets. More comfortable for long term wear and easy to switch it to other ear as boom mic swivels. Hands down the most comfortable, clear headset I have ever owned. This is a nice headset, but the mic is intermittent. My clients could hear me one minute, but not the next. I submitted a warranty claim with Poly (aka Plantronics) and was told to return it, which I did. However, I heard nothing after that and all queries have been mostly ignored - or - if I do reach an agent, they tell me the replacement is on backorder and when I asked for my money back or a different headset, I am told "There is no refund or get your money back and regarding a different headset that is not possible". I do not expect this from a large company like Poly, especially given that I paid over $150 for the headset only 4 months ago.     • Okay for the money but I'm shopping around.

The set needed a bit more User Acceptance Testing before hitting the market. My primary complaint is that the answer/disconnect button is a round flat circle nested inside the larger volume up and volume down buttons. It's tricky to simply answer or hang up on a call and make sure you aren't accidentally changing the volume instead. This needs a redesign. When answering a call, as soon as you push the answer button you get an annoying and slow paced "Answering Call" recorded message and then several beeps, taking up the first few seconds of your call. It's not clear at what point people can start hearing you and it's annoying to have something play in your headset for a few seconds every time you answer a call. Just make one quick beep and let me start talking. The headband keeping the phone in place is comfortable but not especially strong. The purpose of a wireless headset is that you can walk around with it on but be very careful if you bend over for any reason because the whole thing will slide off of your head. The noise cancellation isn't perfect. I've done test calls with other people and they can hear things happening in the background. Overall, I'm not in love and when its breaks I won't be purchasing the same headset. ... show more

Great range and battery life, audio is clear in and out and does far better than my previous set on noise cancellation. However: Poly has implemented a feature that echos your voice back to you (called sidetone). Previously you could turn this off but with more recent updates you CANNOT turn this off anymore. This is extremely annoying and is very noticeable even on the lowest setting. This would be hands down 5 stars without that one "feature" as the headset is otherwise great. ... show more
