    • Found the perfect sofa!
Needed a new living room sofa. Never thought about a leather sofa, but after months of looking for a replacement to my old sofa I found this one that checked all the boxes: color; comfort; cost; and fabric. Only problem was the delivery of the one huge box did not include unpacking the box and putting the pieces inside my front door. The deluxe delivery service was not available for this product.     • AMAZING COUCH!!!!
Run, don’t walk to buy this couch! This is the first review I’ve ever written. My 5 year old daughter somehow got bacon grease on the couch and I was able to get the stains out. The couch literally looks better and the leather smells better with time. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Pros: -Fast delivery…arrived in less than a week! -Arrived within the scheduled time window and the delivery men were very efficient and polite. -Assembly was very easy and quick. I received both the 88.5” and 72” sofas. Had them unboxed, assembled (which consists of screwing in the legs), positioned in my living room, and cleared away the packaging in less than an hour…and that was with a couple breaks. The most difficult part was dealing with the packaging. -The pieces are visually beautiful! They feel very sturdy and well-built. The leather feels like good quality. -I love the seat height…these are super easy to get up from. Cons: -Seats are almost too firm…there’s no sinking in to this sofa. -Color is not matched. The loveseat is a little darker. -Seat depth is too shallow. Needs to be a couple inches deeper…might be better if the seats weren’t so firm. It’s odd because the seat height is great for a taller, bigger person, but the seat depth feels like it was designed for a tiny person. -Leather shows scratches easily…I knew this would be the case after reading other reviews and am okay with it, but others may find this to be an issue. Bottom line is that I am happy enough with this purchase to keep them, but if I had sat in one in a store, I would not have bought these. ... show more

    • Very Pleased So Far
I was VERY nervous about buying a relatively expensive couch online without being able to sit on it and test it out - of course my first choice would be to go to a local store and find something there first. However, I recently purchased my first home and when it came time to furnishing, I ran into the same problem that many others are experiencing right now - low to no inventory and long delays! I found the Napa Chaise Sectional during one of my many furniture searches and fell in love. I did extensive research through Poly and Bark’s social media and BBB page to make sure they were legit and bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! First of all it’s super easy to put together; it comes in two pieces with the legs and cushions unattached - but the box is a major pain in the butt to get rid of (obviously it needs to be a very heavy duty box to protect the couch, which it successfully did, but just know that you’ll probably need access to a dumpster to totally dispose of it in a timely manner). Wow this couch is stunning in person. The cognac color is exactly as pictured, of course with some variation as it’s real top-grain leather. The leather is super smooth and buttery but it also feels incredibly durable. I have a 35 lb dog that I allow up on the furniture and while I have half of the couch covered with a blanket, of course he prefers the uncovered side - he has superficially scuffed up the leather here and there but it doesn’t bother me at all, it just kind of goes with the look in my opinion. The couch is super comfortable and long (to be fair I’m only 5’1” ha). I love stretching out on the chaise. I can’t speak to durability as I’ve only had this couch for a few weeks but I will absolutely update this review after I’ve really broken the couch in. ... show more

I needed a sofa that was dog / dog hair friendly. Was nervous the leather would scratch, or that they / we wouldn't like the cooler feel (versus old fabric sofa). I'M SO HAPPY! This went beyond my expectations! Doesn't scratch, very comfortable (even for a nap!), easy to clean, easy to assemble and well made. My only slight complaint is the amount of packaging... but what can you expect from online shopping? :). And it was all recyclable. And the fur boys love it! ... show more
