- [Blow Back Pilot Arc]: bestarc plasma cutter features a blow back Technology, Non-HF pilot arc with CNC capability, Which prevents high-frequency signal interference and enhances cutting stability, blow back pilot arc non-touch the metal start the arc, plasma cutter machine has two connection ports: 2-pin connector for arc voltage output (1:1 ratio) and 5-pin connector for signal control. This design makes it easy to work with CNC cutting tables.
- [Air Sensor Technology]: The air sensor built into the machine displays the air pressure on the front panel of the machine. Users can adjust the air pressure manually through the air regulator (air pressure cannot be automatically adjusted). An air filter is installed at the back of the machine, equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, ready for use right out of the box. Once connected to an air compressor, the recommended air pressure should be within 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute
- [LED Screen Display]: The screen centrally displays parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and current, allowing users to understand the equipment status in real-time and adjust operations in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency. If the plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code, making it easy to find out the problems.
- [2T/4T/PA/PT Function]: Post time adjustable from 3-15s to cool the torch. Adjust the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables. We recommend a cooling time of 4-8 seconds. The PA function allows pilot arc timing adjustment up to 15s; longer times are ideal for mesh cutting, shorter times help extend consumable life. 2T/4T automatic cutting release your finger.2T is a semi-automatic cutting control, and 4T is an automatic cutting control.

Great product. Incredible value. On the cnc pigtail touching the two red wires together is equivalent to pulling the Trigger on the handle. I'm using a NEJE laser engraver as a cheap cnc plasma cutter. If your cnc table has a relay switch, the two red wires (2&3) need to be connected to the relay to function as Plasma Trigger on/off. Hope this helps

This is definitely my favorite bestarc plasma cutter. The torch alone is worth the purchase. The plasma cutter is of the highest quality and very easy to use. It has some weight to it but it's not that heavy and very portable. The functionality is great as you can cut any metal with ease and it's a perfect fit for home users and shop owners.

I picked up this bestarc plasma cutter for small projects in the shop. For my first project I decided to up-cycle our old 20lb Propane tanks in Halloween pumpkin art. You can see how it worked on youtube by searching "Making Halloween Pumpkins from old Propane Tanks using Plasma Cutter". I still need to figure out the correct settings for 110VAC and my hand speed. I was surprised by how small it is. I didn't run into any duty cycle issues on my project. It works great with my old 5000W Generac Generator ( https://amzn.to/3AURePv ). I use a welder extension cord ( https://amzn.to/3VhAqcd ) and generator converter plug ( https://amzn.to/41c2FwW )

I want to like this but it feels and sounds like there is a loose screw rolling around inside. Is this normal or a quality control issue? I don’t really want to plug it in to 110/220V if there could be a screw that may short it out randomly.

This product is way underrated I cut 1/2 @16 amps slow but it did it , consumables I believe I found at my local store that will work on this torch . I've had it a week now and I can't say I'm disappointed in the performance, we will see in a yr
