I'm the kind of stereotypical gaming dork who has an orange and black color theme, so this chair really complemented everything. Assembly was easy, if a little frustrating. It took me 40 minutes; roughly half of that was trying to get the screws to fit correctly, as the angles of the female bits where the screws get seated in the chair seat and chair back didn't match perfectly with the dimensions of the plastic arm pieces, which hold everything together. A little bit of plastic got shaved off a few of the screw holes in the arms because I had to force them in to fit the channel. I was putting this together alone, and a second pair of hands would have been useful. Still, I got it assembled and it's comfortable and feels pretty sturdy. We'll see how it holds up! If you buy this: -consider getting a friend to help assemble it -carefully look at the parts to make sure you're putting them together facing the right direction. There's an arrow on the bottom of the seat pointing to the front, and an arrow on the plate that attaches to it also pointing to the front. Some people are saying their chair arms were labeled left and right; I didn't see labels on mine but they also seemed pretty easy to figure out without labels. -you may need a mallet to gently hammer the screw hole covers for the arms and chair seat into place. I couldn't get them in by hand. -if your chair wobbles, be sure to tighten the knob under the front of the chair and it will fix it. ... show more

This chair came with a small 2in tear in it unfortunately that was due to shipping. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent a replacement back for us. They provided excellent service and we truly love the chair. Orange was hard to find and it's a great color! My son loves his chair and says it's incredibly comfortable. I'm 6ft 170 pounds. I thought this would be a quality chair because of the price and good reviews but i was very disappointed. First off, the chair is very squeaky when leaning from side to side. I used WD-40 multiple times but the squeaking would just come back after a day or so. Secondly, the metal bar that locks the back of the chair into position does not stay locked in position and will eventually come out causing the chair to become half-locked or unlocked. Thirdly, the bottom is a cheap plastic which makes the chair very top-heavy. I've nearly fallen back out of the chair multiple times when trying to scoot backwards. Lastly, the metal frame under the chair broke after just 3 months of use. For comparison, my previous chair lasted for 5 years until the padding started coming apart. Having the metal frame fail so easily is terrible. If this were a $40-$50 chair then I wouldn't be as harsh but over $100 for a poorly-made chair like this is a rip-off. Save yourself some trouble and go buy a proper office chair rather than these poorly-made marketed "gaming" chairs. ... show more

I have only had this since November and now am wondering how i'm going to fix this issue. My chair will slowly start to fall down (hydrolics) do not work. I have had to raise my seat up every day now at least 5-6 times because it will not stay up so now i'm sitting on the floor basically. This chair was too expensive for it to not stay upright at the height I have it set at. I would like a replacement and hopefully the company will reach out to me and either tell me how to fix this issue or replace. Not worth it otherwise. ... show more
