  • Cost-effective storage solution, relatively easy for 1 person to construct.
For the price, this 3'x5' aluminum shed is a very cost-effective little storage solution. I paid around $115 (including shipping), and all told it cost me just a bit more than a fancy 100-gallon Keter resin deck box after factoring in the foundation (15 12x12 pavers) and floor (3/4 plywood). But then it's not plastic and it holds more. I put it together solo without any problems and I'm not particularly handy. Important to have a level foundation and a variable speed drill/screwdriver. All the screw holes lined up for me and when they didn't it was because I had the wrong part or had it in backward. Manufacturer included extra screws and such, so despite fumbling/losing some as I worked, I had plenty left over. I know some buyers complain about the washers, but you don't have to take them apart before you use them. In fact, you can put a screw into the top-most corner of the sheet of washers, and then the sheet serves as a handle which makes it easier not to drop screws. After you drive in the screw, just tear off that washer. Rinse-repeat. As for the dreaded plastic wrap, I didn't bother taking it off. Maybe I'll regret it, but it's going to be in the hot Texas sun so I'm betting on it flaking off this summer. In the meantime I've peeled the outer parts that are most visible. My only suggestions to the manufacturer would be: a) make the instruction images larger and show more detail. In some cases it wasn't absolutely clear which part went over which part. Again, the instructions are adequate, but if they were a tad bigger there'd be less anxiety/doubt at some of the key junctures. b) make the u-part of the latch adjustable vertically. On mine, the latch is sort of hard to close (probably because my foundation isn't perfectly level) and if I had just a little up-down maneuverability, I could could set it where it really needs to be. All said I'm very happy with the results, both in terms of the build-quality and the amount of work required to put it together. If I had to do it over, I'd probably go for the next size up. I knew what the actual interior measurements were before I made the purchase (they're in the product description), so I don't feel misled or anything, still I wasn't convinced I'd be happy with the quality and so went for the smaller option. Now that I have first-hand experience putting one together, I would go for the larger size. ... show more

  • It Survived Hurricane Helene
It survived Hurricane Helene so I would say overall it can hold up. It is a little leaky. You will need to caulk some gaps in the roof if you want it to be waterproof.

  • Durable shed
Takes a little while to put together, but well worth it! Also , very durable in the elements!! Great buy!

  • Good little shed
It is very small. I could only fit a small lawn mower and a tote but worked well for what I needed. Only complaint is… be ready to do some peeling off for the panels. That took longer than the build. It was not your typical easy peel paper. You have to roll it off, it is very very thin. However I understand that it is to keep the paint fresh. ... show more

  • Unimpressed
Well, where to start. The quality control on these sheds is questionable at best. There are numerous scratches and dents on all the sheets as you can see from my pictures. I did get all required screws and parts which some people have complained about not receiving in the reviews. So here is the deal and where I am torn, for the price it is decent. The same shed at Lowe’s or Menards would cost approximately 2.5-3 times what this cost on Amazon. It will hold tools and keep them out of the elements and from 10-15 feet away, looks fairly great. The instructions were poor and the shed took me by myself about three hours and I was hammering through it good. It says on the front page it requires two people and I think that is highly recommended. I was able to do it by myself by using outdoor chairs to hold up the walls instead of a person for the first five or six steps. Anyway, you get what you pay for and if your expectations are reasonable, it is worth it. ... show more

  • Great product; great price!
I bought 2 of these. I hired someone to assemble and he said it wasn’t “too bad.”. These held all the things just sitting around on my carport. Now looks so neat. Bought small locks for each of them.

  • Do not buy
Water comes in. We had light rain.. water came in through the top part. Dissatisfied because I had things in there that I didn’t want to have wet. Do not buy… cheaply made, too thin, no floor to it. We didn’t care much for that, but just sucks that the water came in through this.

  • 5x3 better than expected
-Size- 5x3 ( actually size 5 ft 1 inch x 2 ft 10 inche) -Tools you will NEED drill with cross bit (MANDATORY) -Bolt it down to concrete or wood so it can be sturdy literally! -Gloves And about 2-3 hours So me and my brother which is 12 years old assembled this shed together (not built ASSEMBLED) LOL its almost like a puzzle, he was the one reading the drawings bc I just wanted to see how easy it was if he could do it I suppose anyone can do it so drawings are pretty straight forward and easy even a 12 year old can do it, parts are all labeled as it should. The shed is an ok sturdy piece for 100$ I mean anyone can probly tear it down. So don't put expensive tools in there lol. I bought it for my shovels, my wife's garden tools and my lawn tools, gloves, car detailing sprays stuff that no one would bother to waste there energy on tearing down a little shed to get to the product ya know! Jaja. Now I will say this DO NOT DO THIS ON A WINDY DAY! You will not like it and you will NOT have fun. Sheet metal is pretty thin and all the parts are extremely light! After we finished this shed my brother and I picked it up like nothing and set it on the little concrete slap we poured. So it maybe weighs around 60 lbs or less so yes. It will need to be bolt down ! Water will get into it! But add a little silicon and it'll become leak proof. I'm putting wood inside to make shelf and hangers on the outside, so far it can withstand good weight and fairly good winds, BC is bolted down lol. So yeah have fun don't get cut work safe! ... show more
