  • Great Flush for Gums
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Before you could get these on line my hygienist at my dentist's office always got me these. They work great for getting in between gums and teeth. Flushes debris and keeps the pocket area clean. Has saved my teeth for years!

  • Excellent product
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
My Dentist recommended to prevent food traps between your teeth. This worked perfect and excellent product.

  • A pretty good little gadget!
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I like this pocket irrigator. For what it is, it's a bit over-priced. The tip is fragile, and it would be nice to have a replacement tip when this one wears out that comes in the package. OTOH, it's just what I wanted to get up into a serious periodontal pocket that needs a lot of attention.

  • Gives pin-point access to an inflamed gum pocket
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This gives convenient, pin-point access to an inflamed gum pocket which dental floss cannot reach. Over a few weeks the inflammation has diminished and the papilla between the teeth has regrown with daily application of an antibacterial solution after brushing. The little flexible bottle is easily maneuvered by one hand while the other hand spreads the cheek aside to expose the tender pocket in view of the bathroom mirror. Very pleased with this compared to other kinds of awkward syringes seen in the market. ... show more

  • Rare, critical dental hygiene aid
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Dentists have suggested swishing with antimicrobial liquid Peridex after flossing and brushing, but such swishing causes the teeth to darken and they remain so until the next professional teeth cleaning. However, a dentist once gave me this simple yet ingeniously designed pocket irrigator, whose needle-type tip delivers Peridex right between the teeth and gums, thus avoiding teeth darkening. As an added benefit, one uses much less of the expensive, prescription-issued Peridex. That irrigator lasted for several years but then the metal tip snapped. Not having access to the said dentist any longer, I searched "heaven and earth" to find a replacement, but without success. As a last resort I searched "good, old Amazon" and, lo and behold, the elusive contraption was there. Thank you, Amazon. Normally, I first check with Amazon when I need something, but I could not imagine that Amazon's collection was so humongously (pardon the expression) huge. No wonder Amazon grows by leaps and bounds while shopping malls shrink; let alone wasting gas, time and nowadays often dealing with poor service. ... show more

  • Easy to irrigate between teeth with pin-point accuracy!
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I took it to the dentist with me for the hygenist to irrigate each tooth after she did a deep scaling on each tooth. I filled it with a highly recommended irrigant I bought online from Triology.com which my dentist said was one of the best. No pain, redness or soreness later.

  • Not Effective and Overpriced
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
The spout/cannula/needle is much too narrow to give enough flow to effectively clean the gum area and also makes it easy to stick yourself if you are not careful. It is also way overpriced and is not a good value. One of the syringe models designed for the same purpose is much more effective and safer. ... show more

  • Takes Practice
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is my second Pocket Care Irrigator. The first one lasted me about 30 days and then the metal tip broke off. I've been using it after brushing and flossing with my Waterpik. I fill bottle with Chlorhexidine prescribed by my dentist to treat some pretty deep pockets around my upper back molars and a few pockets around my bottom teeth. It is a little tricky to use on the upper molars. I found it easier for me to keep refilling the bottle to the top before treating each pocket, otherwise it's awkward to hold in position to expel all the air from the bottle before the liquid starts to flow efficiently. It's easy to use around lower gum line. I'm hoping it helps. Also nice to slip into purse and take with me for rinsing with water around my permanent bridge after lunch. ... show more
