Love the quality of prints this printer prints! Printer 5 stars for sure: is very easy to access everything within the printer. Nice large doors on each side. Ink sensory to let you know when the ink gets low. Print quality is very defined and will love every print it prints. Customer service is amazing and stays with you through the setup program. If you are not understanding they will connect and help you. Very polite, friendly and never rude. No more worries of not printing everyday. It runs a cleaning cycle every 8 hours. The media could not be loaded. No lie this company is great. Had a couple Minor issues and they helped me with that everything came in one piece nothing was broken everything worked instructions could use a touch up. If you are having issues with white print not printing on your png images but on the test print then you need to select the right settings for spot color see image. ... show more
