The media could not be loaded. No lie this company is great. Had a couple Minor issues and they helped me with that everything came in one piece nothing was broken everything worked instructions could use a touch up. If you are having issues with white print not printing on your png images but on the test print then you need to select the right settings for spot color see image.

I had one of the older printers and upgraded to this newest model. It’s so much better and has great printing detail. Albert is always so responsive and helps with any questions I have. Would definitely recommend ordering this printer and working with Albert from customer service for set up.
