DO NOT BUY! Original post: Although the team is in a different country- they were able to help quickly and promptly within a very reasonable manner. Initial review- prints very crisp and clean work! We are excited and ready to use! Review after 6 months: we have had nothing but problem after problem, staying til 3am and acting like an engineer to fix a manufacturer issues over and over gets old fast. Instead of saying sorry and refunding, they throw over a warranty card, along with harassing to submit positive reviews on Amazon. I will not recommend this company, this brand of any of their machines to any person working dtf. Money(thousands) just thrown away! ... show more

I had an issue and I’m sure it was because of “new user” and nothing to do with the machine. I worked with Albert and he walked me right through the process and got me printing in no time. Yes they only work in the evenings but I didn’t mind that small inconvenience. Albert sent me videos when I didn’t understand something, so I highly recommend this company and their product. Them sent a video and I don't have the same setup plus they go so fast and things are blurred so you can't read.. product is ok could be better.. I GUESS I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR..

Great customer service. Takes a while to set up but they help you through the process. Had issues with oven and controller. They are sending a new one right away. Still working out the kinks but that is expected when you are new to this type of printing operation.

The customer service is beyond helpful. The only drawback was they are in another country so the timing is a little hard but Daisy hooked up remotely to my computer and made it clear I can ask questions at and time! Highly recommend!

I purchased this machine a few weeks ago. I was initially able to get it up and running great on my own. The software only works on a PC and I am a Mac user. The computer disconnected from the printer somehow and I was struggling to get it to reconnect. Customer service was able to remote access my desktop and resolve the issue. Super excited to continue using this printer to replace what we were using vinyl for before! ... show more
