    • Refurbished? Wireless module DOA.
The console showed up dusty with white powder residue on one end. Easy enough to clean up I guess. When I first took the console out of it's box, one of the plastic end pieces fell off. Clicks back into place easy enough. However, the biggest issue is that the wireless/bluetooth module never worked out of the box. The wifi also disconnects and reconnects constantly while playing games. Apparently it's a known issue with these consoles, but I bought a refurbished model specifically to avoid this. This is number 4 for us. My boys won't play any other system. I find the slim line like this doesn't have to over heating issue seen on some of the larger models. That is just our experience. They are a great system.

This console was listed as (Renewed)? The power switch was bad,could not even power on unit, I opened the top of console,it was full of dust! I ordered a power switch to replace it,then I will be able to see if it works at all!

Bought this for nostalgia so I could play some old ps3 games I had in storage from my younger years. System works well but the controller that came with it does not work very well, very cheap feeling and was hoping for at least a used oem dualshock 3 to come included for the 180 bucks spent. Ended up ordering an authentic sony controller to replace the one that was included. ... show more

It came on time, which was great for the season. It had a few scuffs but nothing bad. The company even threw in a couple games. Controller works great. All the wires were there. I am so pleased with this console...so is my hubby, which is who it was for. Loves all the ps consoles and his ps3 went out. This was a great deal for a replacement. took a couple days and now i have tried to play a couple games , i know the ps3 has been around but i like playing this console i have a lot of games for this system , but the system will shut off the signal seems like about 10 minutes in i get a black screen and a no signal or not supported on tv are they any way to return this for another unit , the ad said refurbished , it was clean but has this issue ,i hooked it up 2/20/25 started one game , and put in another one today 2/21/25 , renewed was the word ... show more
