The bubbles stopped after a few months and now the fishes don’t move. It’s pretty expensive for it to stop working after a short period of time Edit: i reached out and with in less than 24 hours Samantha messaged me back saying a replacement will be mailed out! I’ve never experienced such amazing customer support. Although the product did stop working, the customer support completely makes up for it above and beyond. Will update once the new one delivers!!     • Box was in terrible shape/ leaked immediately/ will return
My son broke his teacher’s original aquarium, so I spent $75 to replace it. It looks extremely cheap. I’m not even sure I’ll keep it because it looks as if it’ll break again easily. $75 was a very high price, but I was stuck. I was most disappointed in how damaged the box was.

    • BUBBLES BUBBLES EVERYWHERE!
I have seen these bubble tubes for years, and in February of 2022, I bought one. Take it out of the box, fill it with H20, plug it in and Voila!! Magic!!! It sits right next to me and I switch it on every day. Until..... A few days ago, I put it on, and no bubbles. 🥺. The light still worked, the bubbles did not. I wrote to Playlearn and almost immediately I heard back from Samantha. She said that my particular type of Tube could not be fixed, however, she would have a brand new one sent to me within a couple of days. I was stunned. I expected the usual "We're sorry but your out of luck blah blah blah." Not the case here! 3 days later my new one arrived, and I'm back in the Bubble business. With money being tight, year round, and especially at the Holidays, this replacement is particularly appreciated. I will continue to tell my story of Playlearn's outstanding Customer Service to everyone I know. Merry Christmas Samantha, the whole team @ Playlearn, and everyone who is reading this review!!! UPDATE... My 2nd Bubble Tube had an issue with the plug-in power adapter. It was sort of buzzing/humming. It was very quiet, but it made me nervous. I wrote to PlayLearn really just to let them know. 3 days later, Gabe @ PlayLearn sent me an upgraded model "For my trouble". It is a full 4 feet tall - 16.5" taller than the previous two. And once again it was at no charge. I firmly believe that it was just a fluke that I had trouble with the first two. The 2nd issue was probably just a faulty plug, so they could have just sent me a replacement, and they could have charged me for it. So, free upgrade, free shipping and I didn't even have the hassle of returning the other two. Imagine what the world would be like if every Business stood behind their products and delivered the same outstanding level of Customer Service. None of these issues would prevent me from purchasing items from PlayLearn. In fact, I have one of their Fiber Optic lamps which has been working well for a long time now. I hope this helps people to decide whether or not to buy PlayLearn's products. All things considered, I would absolutely buy from them again. In fact, if I ever hit the lottery, I will buy a dozen of their gigantic Bubble Tubes. Those babies are 5 or 6 feet tall!!!! That would be colorful, bubbley Nirvana.... P.S. I have always wanted an aquarium, but I don't want the work involved in the upkeep. Plus, these fish are plastic so there are never any "floaters"!!! WOO HOO!!! ... show more

My original Review was less than stellar... (You can see in the picture the issue I had) I actually ordered this tube in June of 2021. When it arrived I opened the box inspected the tube and there was no damage. I then closed the box and put it aside until recently when I went to set it up for my daughter. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me the base was broken inside and wouldn't run. As it had been nearly 6 months since ordering this, I thought any hope of return/replacement or the like was lost. HOWEVER, I was wrong. After writing a quick e-mail to the company explaining what had happened, PLAYLEARN responded immediately, and was more than happy to rectify the issue. They stand behind their product!! They apologized for the inconvenience and informed us that a new Tube would be sent out shortly. Only 3 short days later, and I have now received a new Tube, it's beautiful and it works just as described, (albeit a little noisy for me), but my DAUGHTER LOVES IT!! THANK YOU PLAYLEARN FOR STANDING BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS and PUTTING YOUR CUSTOMER FIRST. ... show more

    • Water drips out of side
This is amazing!! My son with sensory issues loves it!! Only problem is it drips out of the side due to condensation on the inside of the lid! The lid just sits on the top doesn’t screw or anything so when condensation builds up it drips! We had to move it off the wood shelf because the wood started to warp! But we got a mat to put under it and it looks great besides the dripping and having to add water once a month!! ... show more

Update #2!!! Customer service directly from this company is just incredible!!!!! They contacted me and sent a brand new product to me from their warehouse. They were so kind, friendly and understanding. The truly care about their customers and their product. Amazon screwed them by sending out previously opened boxes. If you have any concerns, the customer service is top notch. My daughter LOVEEEEESSSS her sensory tube and is so so so happy! Update- I received the replacement today. Box also came opened. I fill the tube and plug in and now this one won’t blow bubbles! So now I have two broken items! Was really excited to receive this product for my daughter with autism. the box came open already. i filled the tube and it was leaking from the bottom near the switch, so someone must have previously returned item. I am sending it back to amazon and awaiting replacement item. ... show more

    • Didn't work. Expensive garbage.
I was super excited about this bubble lamp. Took it out of the box, set it up, put the water in and plugged it in, turned it on and nothing happened. My husband even took a look at it to see if he could fix whatever was wrong and he noticed it was leaking as well. It was a total hassle and for the price I was expecting way better.
