Easy enough to assemble by myself. Just the right size for my 6 year old who can’t quite get the ball into our full-size goal on its lowest setting (about 8 feet.) Put this one at about 7 feet and he loves it.

    • Does NOT come with any type of ball.
What a massive pain to put together, best if you use your own wrench if possible, the one that comes with it is very thin and slips off the net constantly. *It does NOT come with any ball like it says it does, not even a small rubber one. Grandson is very happy with it any way. (he's 6)

I was hesitant to buy this basketball hoop because there were no reviews with comments, but since the price was reasonable and they offered free returns, I figured nothing I had nothing to lose. I am so glad I did. It is perfect for my 9 year old son, he has lots of fun with it. The item is very sturdy, and well-made, and once the base is filled with water, the hoop is very stable, also the height is adjustable. Adults in the family have also used it, and although it is hit hard, it stays put. Overall, a very good product for the money. Yes, there are more expensive hoops, with fancy features, which did not offer free returns (a deal-breaker for me!), but this hoop is just perfect for us. Glad I bought it. As far as durability, I cannot tell because I have had it only for a month, but so far so good, and as I said, it is sturdy and well-made. ... show more

Easily broken and didn't hear back from customer service at all. I put this out in our front yard and some neighbor kids pulled down on the hoop and were able to completely bend the metal pole. I contacted customer service to see if I could just buy a replacement pole and never heard back from them.

    • Don't buy this, poor manufacturing quality, backboard too undersized for the rim
I'd recommend not buying this. I've assembled a lot of furniture and children's toys and this was one of, if not the worst thing I've assembled in terms of quality and poor directions. Directions should be about 10 steps but instead are 3 steps w/ poor descriptions. You will need a pair of needlenose pliers to even have a remote chance at assembling. They include a wrench that is too weak and small to really use for assembly. The include washers warped when I was trying to tighten parts as well. Its a short assembly time, but still frustrating do the poor quality and terrible directions. Best to try to find another product manufactured outside China. Also the backboard is extremely small for the size of the rim. Don't waste your time on this product and look for something similar. ... show more
