I bought this hairdryer in August. It's now April and it's not working properly - but the "window for return or support has closed". There's something wrong with the wiring, which can't be safe. It runs fine it's held in one position, but stops if you move it. And it's a hairdryer - so you have to move it. I'm including a video so you can see I'm not touching the controls. It was pretty decent up until it wasn't. The only thing I didn't like was that there's not exactly a "cool shot button" as promised. There's a cool SETTING. So you have to change the setting every time you want to use the cool shot. Oh and, my phone cleaned up the sound. It's MUCH louder in person. It's more of a high-pitched scream than the soft, sweet lullabye they advertise. My first advice is DO NOT BUY THIS HAIRDRYER. But if you do - get the extended warranty. You're gonna need it.

This is a really great hairdryer. I love the different options of cool to warm. It's very lightweight and dries my hair quickly without frying it. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas because I loved mine.

First let me list my favorite things about this. I love the fact you can fold it. Takes up less space in my bathroom and easy to take on vacation. The fact that it weighs under a pound is spectacular! I have health issues which cause both my hands to randomly not hold anything heavy, or simply not work. I dread washing my hair because I know my arms and hands will suffer a week afterwards. The cost of going to the hairdresser to have my hair washed and styled isn’t cheap. Especially since I get charged $20 because the length is long. I had been going 3 months with no heat to my hair, which allowed me to avoid the damage and have incredible growth. I do believe my hair has more moisture than it typically would after having it blow dried. The noise level was pretty standard. Which is fine. I got the Black one because it goes with everything and was the least expensive. My only complaint is that I wish it was a bit hotter. I saw the wattage but hopes the drying design would make up for it. It was still faster than using my old one. I just really wish it came with a straightening comb. Again, since I have issues with my hands, it would have been awesome to have the combing brush (for straightening). Since my hair is so thick, the nozzle meant for straightening didn’t do the job for me as well as I would have liked. Hopefully, they’ll make one that I can just buy. And, I love the magnetic design for the attachments. It came off a few times, but 90% less than my old style dryer.

I bought this in November 2026 and it is now April 11 and it just stopped working unacceptable totally unacceptable. I totally love this blow dryer and I thought it was the bomb but not working in this amount of time is a total rip off. It totally does not last even a year my God, how disappointing I was really hoping it was a win winner.
