Does what it’s supposed to. I don’t use it for anything besides work with my PC and works perfectly.

    • Not all that great in several important ways... otherwise a decent headset.
The screen on the base, unlike Poly phones, cannot be dimmed, turned off or changed in any way - it can be annoyingly bright at times and is ALWAYS on (24/7). Also, using the different connections (mobile, desk phone, PC) does not always work as expected and often results in dropped calls or a lag in conversation - it is very distracting. Finally, the range of the Bluetooth sometimes is very far and connects my cell phone to the headset base when I am no where near it - other times it seems to be more in keeping with the near by nature of Bluetooth. Desperately needs a firmware update to fix some of this! ... show more

This is an amazing headset. The noise canceling is terrific. I work from home and was concerned my company's computer would not allow it to be added. But on getting it all plugged in, a little pop up on the computer, announced it was ready to go.It has been working well with the Ring Central we use for calls. Received and made calls exactly the same way as the cheap ones from my company, but way better and WIRELESS. In researching wireless headsets, I tried a few different kinds. The gaming ones like Xbox and Skull Candy would drop calls. I think what finally worked was the DECT capability. Truly plug and play.I love them. ... show more

I have an old headset from Plantronics which connects seamlessly to computer and cell phone. But now that HP has taken over all of the functionality is terrible. Whatever Plantronics was doing 10 years ago is still better than this junk. Soooo many problems just trying to switch from PC to Phone. Even issues when just making a basic phone call and getting iphone to stay connected to base/headset. ... show more
