The quality is outstanding.
The unit has a thick ear clip that doesn’t wear well if you wear glasses OR have small or medium ears. Also.. talk time, fully charged, is only 7 hours.

Echo echo is cho
I purchased this as a replacement, using the identical product, but the battery for my current product was not holding a charge. I plugged the new one in and fully charged called a client. All they heard was an echo of their own voices coming through the phone. so, I’m gonna have to return this.

Snapped
We bought this a the end of April last year. It has worked fine until now. Today the ear piece snapped and now we're out of luck. Disappointed that this did not even make it a year.

Head set that didn’t work
It didn’t hold a charge...after charging for 5 to 7 hours the headset would just stop working & the he phone call just ended abruptly.... not happy

Came with nothing but the headpiece and base
The earpiece didn't come with any accessories, and the only cable it came with was the power one. I guess I was lucky to get that much. Now to use it, I have to jerry-rig some kind of earloop and most likely use tape to make the earpiece not cut up my ear canal until I can find a proper set.
