If you’re standing or walking all day and dealing with heel pain, these are worth a shot. I’ve been wearing these Healrecux insoles every day for about three weeks now—putting in 10–12 hours on my feet in heavy work boots—and I have to say, they’ve made a noticeable difference. I was skeptical at first, but the arch support is surprisingly firm without feeling too bulky. My plantar fasciitis pain used to flare up halfway through a shift; now, I can go the whole day with minimal discomfort.They fit well into my size L (I’m around a men’s 10.5), and the extra cushioning under my heel really absorbs shock when I’m walking on concrete. I have been using orthopedic insoles for a week now, and my impressions are only positive! On the first day, you will feel comfort and convenience - your feet get tired less, even after a long stay. Purchase this product for my elderly parent who's doctor instructed to purchase a supporting insole and this seem to be a perfect fit. Easy to adjust size for shoe, but cutting along the lines at the top of the insoles. It provide a good arch for people with feet pain, but at the same time its soft at the spot that needs to be soft. My parents been using it for 3 day so far and they love the product and is feeling a relief in pain already. Will check back in a month or so to provide updates.

I am actually quite impressed with these insoles. I work in warehouse, So I'm constantly on my feet, walking on floors all day. Most times for way more than 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. And so far, these insoles have more than help up to the task. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Even with plantar fasciitis. But I have an extensive collection of shoes, and I'm constantly having to swap these insoles around whenever I wear a different pair of shoes. I will definitely buy more of these over time. Quality is good look is nice and it fits in shoes. But I would definitely recommend!
