This table is an 11/10! I never write reviews but I relied so heavily on reviews as I searched for the perfect table that I wanted to give my input. I initially found this table on Wayfair, but was deterred from buying it because some people said the table came damaged and the return process through Wayfair was a nightmare. When I found the table on Amazon, though, a few months later, I didn’t hesitate because Amazon’s return policy and process is reliable. The table is VERY heavy when it arrived in the packaging. 2 of us could not lift it. We opted to take the package apart on the porch and move the pieces inside one at a time. This table took 2 of us about 1 hour to put together. Unfortunately, the instructions do not come with descriptions, just visual pictures so it took some time to make sense of. We chose to separate the pieces based on the key given in the instructions which definitely made things easier. Many of the screws call for washers, but we opted out of using the washers in some instances because they just did not fit properly. Overall, the instructions were pretty straightforward and became easier as you went along. The table is heavy and feels very high quality. The color (Seashell Wirebrush) is gorgeous and the size is perfect. It’s actually a little wider than I initially expected based on the measurements which I was happy about. ... show more

Most of the drilled holes do not line up where they need to be screwed. This was a nightmare to assemble. I don’t recommend this table to for that reason

We love our new kitchen table! We also got the matching bench set. I'm not sure who loves it more, my husband and I or our kids! They've loved having a new place to lineup their cars and toys. I was a little worried about it being too light, since we have little kids and lots of messes. But it is perfect! It cleans up super nicely, and really helps brighten the room compared to our previous table which was dark. We've had it for several weeks now and there hasn't been anything spilled that left marks after cleanup, even after some spots being left overnight. The table is beautiful and we love that it's real wood. It is super sturdy and solid. It's light enough I can push it out of the way to clean up under it, but not so light my kids are able to move the table by themselves. It’s really good value for the money! It was easy to setup, my husband did it by himself. It came with instructions and all the needed pieces. It came with little scratch pads to put on the bottom of the table and benches too, which was really nice. It's a great size. The benches are great for the kids and make it so we can fit lots of people around the table at once. We're also big board game people around here, so needed something big enough for those big games and all the little pieces, or multiple games at the same table. The table also fits together nicely, there are three sections to the table top, and we've had issues with past tables where the pieces meet together leaves gaps/space so food can get stuck or things can fall down. Not with this table! It fits together well and doesn't leave space for food to get caught or anything to fall. We have gotten lots of compliments on the new table already and will definitely be recommending it to anyone looking for a new table. I was going to move in with my partner and I want a table with 6 chairs that is sturdy and elegant at the same time and I love this table, I love it, I can decorate it with any color and it looks beautiful.

    • Hard to tighten screws so the legs are not loose

This bench has 16 screws which seems a lot for what it is. 8 of those screws are in a very tight space where it's nearly impossible to tighten them properly. I guess you can choose not to tighten them, but then the legs may become loose soon. Kind of weird to use all solid wood but then be so hard to assemble properly. ... show more
