Mat arrived. I'm pretty happy with my $10 investment. Frankly it is heavier than I expected. Ironed out the creases somewhat with a dry iron on medium heat, fabric side UP. Cleaned the floor!!! Cut a small slit on each side at the head of the piece to fit under my desk. Took off the backing. Laid it down. The slits I cut allow the corners to flip up and the sides are clinging to the sides of my desk, rather like wings. My chair rolls on and off smoothly. No slipping because it is slightly tacky on the back. I think my dog is eyeballing it, thinking it is her new bed. Won't last forever but it will survive the current long-term project I'm working on and will protect the laminate flooring in the process. ... show more

Good quality product. Truly, non-slip backing. I purchased to use with my office chair, however it's working out very well for my elderly dog that's having stability issues **** i was promised a $15 credit to my amazon account when I reviewed this product. I have never received it.
