※ All Packir insulation bags are made of three heat-insulating layers and one support layer. Three heat-insulating layers include: Tinfoil layer inside, waterproof non-woven fabric layer outside, and heat-insulating cotton material between the two layers, providing excellent heat insulation that keeps food warm for up to 3 hours. One supporting layer is made of rigid plastic PP hardboard, which helps the bag maintain its shape and stand upright. ※ Packir pays attention to details. All Packir bags have the following features: A removable cup holder. Two side pockets for easy storage of small items (except for PK-GV and PK-76F). Comfortable shoulder and waist straps for stability when used as a backpack. Reflective strips for enhanced visibility at night. Four plastic feet on the bottom to withstand wear and tear. A support layer made of PP hardboard inside the heat-insulation layers to prevent the bag from losing its shape. ※ Packir is committed to continuous improvement: The first- generation products used a supporting frame placed inside the bag. However, we found that the frame would break after prolonged use. From the second generation onward, we switched to PP hardboard inserted into the interlayer. This new supporting method keeps the bag neat and stable. Starting with the third generation, we rounded the corners of the PP hardboard to prevent breakage caused by friction between the hardboard and the nylon material. Heavy duty construction. Very versatile. Velcro sealing eliminates a plastic zipper that will wear out quickly if doing daily deliveries. Although there are three sides that have velcro, only one side is needed in most cases and the other two sides can be folded under making opening and closing quicker and. Opening from the top rather than the side is advantageous because gives option of leaving the top completely open. Food stays very warm or cold. The bag can be left on the rear bike rack or removed and taken inside the restaurant if in a bad neighborhood. Handles up to 14-in pizzas well. Has a four-drink collapsible drink tray included. My boyfriend drives a scooter (moped) and uses this to DoorDash. The rack was a little tricky to get attached to the scooter, but he bought adjustable metal clamps and it’s now solidly in place and doesn’t move. Securing and removing the carrier is very easy. Lots of space inside (can fit a large pizza), but drinks fall over easily if there’s not much else in the carrier. We’ve had to get creative with putting towels and pieces of plastic in the carrier to fill it up and hold things in place. Also, brown paper bags get soggy quickly and will tear after sitting in the carrier for 5+ minutes. I can’t speak to the comfortability of the backpack straps because my boyfriend doesn’t use it that way. Overall, it’s a good, sturdy carrier. ... show more

I own a zuma motorcycle that I used to do deliveries for my business and this has exceeded my expectations. Not only does keep your food how or cold but it protects it from pouring rain which my older bag couldn't handle. The material is very durable and velcro strong. After using it regularly no sign of wear and tear. Easy to clean. If you do deliveries for any company is a must have since its big enough for any size order I would even say for multiple orders. I’m disappointed with how this product was described. The listing says the size is 18" x 18" x 18", which is misleading. The product details show the “dimensions” as 17.72 x 17.72 x 17.72 inches, but it never specifies whether these are the **outer** or **inner** measurements. After receiving the item, I measured it myself and found that the **inner** dimensions are significantly smaller—only about 16" to 16.5" on each side. That is far from what I needed. I specifically require at least **18" x 18" x 18" INNER** space. Most large pizza boxes from my local restaurants are a minimum of 18", and when you add a delivery bag to keep them warm, the fit becomes even tighter. This box simply won’t work as advertised and is much smaller than expected. Please provide **clearly labeled outer and inner dimensions** in your product description so customers can make an informed decision. And especially with your larger box, PK-140z! ... show more
