Please use our built-in voltage test function. If the voltage is between 0.5V and 12.6V but your vehicle still fails to start, please record a video of the issue and con tact u s immediately. This item is not fulfilled by seller and the battery inside will discharge itself constantly while being stored in the warehouse.
