I got this ottoman because I wanted something big enough for my puppy to sit on with me, and it has worked out really well. There is plenty of space for both of us, which was exactly what I was looking for. It is nice and cushiony but still supportive. The memory foam bounces back quickly after getting up, and it holds its shape well even with my puppy jumping on and off. I would describe it more as a soft footrest than firm seating, but it is sturdy enough to feel stable. The height is on par with my couch, so it lines up nicely and feels natural to use. The corduroy fabric looks high quality in person and feels durable. It is also easy to clean. My puppy has already left some debris on it, and it comes up easily with a vacuum or by brushing it off. The jade green color does not really match my home decor, but it does look true to the listing photos. This ottoman exceeded my expectations. The cover is very durable and has a large corduroy pattern. It measures true to size, and looks exactly as it does in the listing. The ottoman puffs up and takes shape quickly. I was worried about this aspect of the design because I thought it would be too squishy and malleable. This is not the case. It's actually a very firm footrest and holds its shape beautifully. It's dense, and somewhat heavy, but not too heavy to move. When you put your legs up on it, it is very soft and comfortable. I got this ottoman to place under my desk so I could have somewhere to put my feet up. It is such an amazing upgrade. I was actually surprised at how large it is, as I didn't check the measurements before I got it. It's not a small ottoman. It barely fits under my desk. However, it's a pleasant surprise. Overall, I really did not expect much when I got this ottoman, but I'm definitely happy with it. It's a thoughtfully designed, sturdy, pretty, and easy to use ottoman. Thank you. ... show more

I’d never heard of “boneless” furniture before ordering this, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect - but I actually ended up liking it more than I thought I would. This ottoman arrives compressed and takes about 2–3 days to fully firm up, which is important to know. Once it finishes expanding, it is firm enough to comfortably support an adult (my 185-lb husband can sit on it without sinking excessively) but you really do need to give it that time before judging firmness. At 31"D x 16.5"W x 24"H, it’s also bigger than I expected, which is a pleasant surprise and makes it useful as a footrest, casual seat, or general lounge piece. I like the slight anti-skid feature on the bottom, which helps keep it from sliding around on my ceramic tile floors, and the corduroy vacuums easily, which is a big plus in a dog household. In fact, in the couple of weeks that we’ve had it, my Rottsky (Rottweiler/Husky mix) has already claimed it as his daytime perch and favorite napping spot, so clearly it passed his comfort test. That said, I wouldn’t recommend this as a true step stool. It’s fine if you need to quickly reach something and then step right back down, but there’s too much weight concentrated in too small a surface area for it to feel stable enough for regular stepping or standing. I also really wish the cover were removable for cleaning - that would’ve made this a 5-star item for me. Overall, it’s a comfortable, versatile ottoman with a fun concept; just be aware of its limitations and allow time for it to fully firm up before use. ... show more

At first I thought it seemed durable and well made. However, less than a month after putting it together the hinge on the right side has broken and will not lock in place like it is supposed to. Wouldn’t recommend buying.
