I must say I am very surprised by this company. The blinds are great! Much better in person than I expected. They are worth their value. They are made with high-quality materials and look phenomenal once they go up. The blinds are easy to install and blend into the home very well. Everything you'd expect them to be, and more! The mechanics make it easy to open and close. And the fit was perfect for over the window mount. I hope they're as durable as they seem. What has won me completely over is the level of customer care the company provides. We ran into a few issues with some of the blinds (we ordered 6). They arrived in somewhat disappointing conditions. I emailed the company, and the level of customer service provided was stellar. They answered my email within 20min of me emailing them on a Sunday! They provided me with an above and beyond solution than what I had initially requested. I would highly recommend anyone who's contemplating on purchasing these blinds to do so. The media could not be loaded. I love this product, modern and sleek looking, it fit perfectly. I like that they can be used in a solid way or the zebra pattern. It allows light in and they were easy to install. My suggestion before installing is to practice how to snap the bracket onto the actual blind, that will help when you’re installing it onto the window. When installing apply pressure to click the blind in. I am a female and installed this in my window without another pair of hands to help. We use this zebra blinds more then a week ago. Ordered white it’s not blocking out the sun but gives privacy and a really nice look for your windows. I need special size for my huge living room window and they had it. The price was unbelievable.Thank you !
