Every visitor loves it and it looks way more expensive than the actual cost. If I were you, I wouldn’t hesitate… you won’t regret getting it. Unfortunately, we lost one cushion during a recent storm with strong winds since we didn’t secure that one properly. However, the folks at Piltwoff went the extra mile to fix the issue. They responded quickly and sent a replacement cushion without charging me a cent. Their attention to customer satisfaction will have me ordering more from them. Regarding the furniture itself, it's fantastic. The materials are robust and waterproof but also so comfortable, so I can enjoy my outdoor space worry-free. Plus, the sectional sofa design offers plenty of seating for gatherings with friends and family. I recommend it to anyone looking for stylish and reliable outdoor furniture. Piltwoff has won me over!

This Piltwoff 6 Piece is a great outdoor patio set for a great price. The individual pieces are lightweight yet very sturdy. The manufacturer provides a few additional sets of tools and bolts, but I found using my own aided in putting everything together in a more timely manner (you do not need to purchase anything extra - everything is provided). It was very easy to put together (single person took about 3 hours total [unboxing etc]). Everything aligned perfectly and it's rock steady. One piece of advice... save the longest bolts included for attaching the feet. Other wise you'll be going back to unscrew them and replace them with the medium sized bolts. If you are in the market for an outdoor patio set and don't want to pay a premium, this is the one.

It takes forever to put together but some of the bolts just didn't want to fit right, but eventually it was altogether. It is versatile to where you can have all different configurations. The set is beautiful to me and worth every penny. We had no damage to any of our pieces. So far it seems to be strong.

People complained about the shipping. Understand that it comes in 4 or 5 boxes. Each one arrived at different times. But it was no trouble. I'd rather have a box to start building sections sooner. I have had this furniture set for a few months, and I am satisfied with the product so far. The set is sturdy and beautiful. I can arrange the furniture in different ways. What I love the most is the customer service from Piltwoff. Ms. Anessa is very responsive and helpful to my questions. Some cushions I received were discolored. I reached out to Ms. Anessa with the pictures of the cushions. She immediately contacted different warehouses to ship the replacements and sent follow messages with tracking numbers. Ms. Anessa had gone above and beyond to assist me with this order. I previously found a similar set from a different vendor that was $200.00 cheaper. However, I decided to purchase this set of furniture from Piltwoff because of the 5-star reviews with many of the positive reviews rating on the customer service. I bought the 7-piece set, and within a couple of hours, realized I wanted the 6-piece set with 1 less chair but higher backs. I went back in and hit cancel on the order. Unbelievably, it was already shipping. Not much I could do from there. However, I had quickly received an email from a representative of the company, asking why I wanted to cancel, was there a problem. I explained to her what had happened. She asked for time to see what she could do and would get back to me. She did...she had the 6-piece set ordered and shipped to me, ALONG with 2 chairs from the 7-piece set, at no extra cost. She only asked if I would try out and see about the comfort of all the seating. She then promised to track all the boxes and keep me informed! The representative, Anessa, was true to her word. I knew exactly when all boxes were going to arrive, and told when they did. I opened all boxes, all parts were in it. The quality and color of the wicker were actually better than I thought would be for the low price. And, the blue cushions are a rich color, really them. Will be easy to find an area rug and throw pillows to match. I looked over the instructions, doesn't look bad. I'm a 60 yo woman and just put together a 44-inch firepit that will match terrifically. I think a few hours with the parts should be ok, and yes, I know not to tighten all on first go around. All in all, very pleased with color, quality, shipping, price and fantastic customer service for this set. I think a great deal, and looks like many hours of relaxing in my backyard next Spring and Summer. Thank you for this product!!!
