I couldn't believe how heavy the box was when I received it and thought- this can't possibly be my pillows- but alas, it was definitely my pillows. These bad boys will take someone out in a pillow fight. But besides that added bonus, they are great- super comfy, nice and cool, and stay put- which I love. I was tired of my pillow always sliding off the back of the bed- I've had no issues with these. Perfectly filled. They remain soft while providing the super and comfort i was looking for. My last pair of shredded memory foam pillows are like hard, flat pancakes. Those have been relegated to body pillows. Will definitely buy these again as needed.

I like a less firm pillow, and have had trouble finding a cooling memory foam pillow that works for me; these fit the bill perfectly. As other buyers have noted, the odor is strong right out of the package, and mine needed a good week to be fully rid of it. A little unscented Febreeze spray daily helped.

I am in love with these pillows. When they first arrived they were flat as pancakes in the packaging so I was a little worried but once out they fluffed up really quicky - zero odor - and so incredibly comfortable. I have a shoulder injury and I am a side sleeper and naturally my favorite side to sleep on is the bad shoulder. This pillow has been a game changer because it molds to you perfectly and I have now for a solid week woken up without any pain whatsoever. I will be ordering two more - I just love them!

I really like these pillows. So let me get the bad stuff out of the way first. I opened these pillows up on a Monday. They are rolled and vacuum compressed. It wasn’t till Friday, after airing them out constantly, and several cycles through the dryer, that I could finally use these. The description says, “Don't worry if there is a slight odor, this is normal for new foam and will slowly subside after a few days.” Wow what an understatement! I tried lying on these for a few minutes after they fluffed up a little, and within minutes got a serious toxic headache. When I put my nose to these there was a severe (not slight) chemical smell that was terrible. It took 4 days for me not to be able to notice the smell. I’ve never had a pillow smell like this before. So, I’m stumped by the “normal” comment. OK, having got that off my chest, let me talk about what I like. After the four days of waiting, these pillows fluffed up quite a bit. They are quite fat once fully expanded. Now I’m very particular about my pillows, and I like a thinner pillow. What I did with these pillows was to unzip one and remove some of the stuffing. In fact, I removed about half of the stuffing. Then the pillow was thinner and even more comfortable. This ability to adjust the height and firmness is the best part of this pillow. These pillows seem very well made. They have two casings with zippers so you can wash the outer one separately if you want. I do not know how these are to be washed and there was no label and nothing in the instructions that advises you. There are two sides to the outer casing that have a different feel, but I don’t know how you would remember which is which once they are in pillowcases as in my pictures. (Those striped pillowcases in my pictures do not come with these pillows.) Although I can not give a long-term report, from a comfort and feel perspective, once the smell is gone, these are very nice and adjustable pillows.
