Love Hate Relationship!
Great purchase, however wished the manufacturer would have disclosed a little bit more detail information on the product, assembly, the actual weight of the machine etc. The machine is not as easy to assemble as the video makes it look, no paper instructions, it takes multiple people to assemble, and the video is very short. Very disappointed in the weight of the actual machine. Once again the videos and the description says it folds up very easily for storage, that is definitely not correct. The machine is very heavy, probably weighs close to 800 lbs or more, it picks up a lot of space so it requires multiple people to fold up and put away. It also scratches up your floors very easily if you are not careful when moving it around. The item was packed very well for shipping and it was delivered very quickly. The reformer itself is great and it does what it's suppose to do. Love that you can do a variety of workout, it glides very easily, the design is very good the neck and shoulder area is a little uncomfortable in the beginning but after a while you get used to it. Hate the fact that it is so heavy and not easy to fold up. Would definitely recommend!

sooooo worth it!
I was spending 200/month on a Pilates membership and decided to finally get a reformer for my house. I’m so glad I did! This one is such great quality, it’s sturdy, and it’s gorgeous. It’s very heavy as it comes pretty much almost entirely put together so getting it up the stairs was tough but worth it.

disappointing
***stay away*** update: trying to contact the seller was unsuccessful. I contacted Amazon, asked that the seller to contact me, nobody did. Amazon started a return but because of the item's size, they said someone will contact me to arrange the pick up - again nobody did. I am tired of chasing them. I highly recommend to stay away. I was left with a damaged item, that doesn't work properly and with no one to talk to, which are now sold in a lower price, likely because people starting to realize its a bad purchase. Other issues that I see: the hooks are awfully located making it hard and inconvenient to replace the springs, the straps get caught under the track too often, the springs fall down every once in awhile while trying to change them. Not a good experience to say the least. It arrived well packed and seemed at first of high quality. I put it together pretty quickly despite the useless instructions (the video online was helpful), but then when I started using it, something didn't feel smooth, like a little "jump" each time the bed goes back and forth. Eventually I found the source of the problem, the bed was damaged (see pics) - the two wooden frame pieces and the metal next to them don't align together perfectly and make this noise/jump on every move. this seems like a built in defect. I am going to contact the seller and update on how they handle this, but after putting together this super heavy thing, this is pretty disappointing.

So far this is totally worth it
This is a wonderful value considering what you would spend on a month's membership at a Pilates studio. I would definitely buy again. You will need a friend to help you unbox and carry it somewhere. But once I started putting it together it was a breeze.

Studio performance at home
This is an amazing reformer for your home gym It is very well built and simple basic assembly. The hardest part was getting it downstairs to my basement.
