3/01/2026 - HitGo client support was extremely helpful - after reviewing the pictures and feedback I sent - they sent me a new device with all parts. From the moment the item arrived I could tell this experience was going to be better. the box looked brand new, was taped and banded together sufficiently and had all parts included once the box was open. There was WAY more sufficient padding than the first arrival. Upon opening - it was easy to remove and put together. My ONLY complaint is the flimsy material/connections that the two pieces have (the ones that were broken in the original shipment). The pieces themselves are made of a PVC plastic where the base is a thicker metal material. I would advise anyone purchasing the item to absolutely be super careful when folding the machine to put away . Other than that the device is awesome, easy to use, attachments are easy to attach. Equipment is a great addition to my Pilates workout. The whole device is definitely a good quality metal/material (my only issue was the hinges) Follow up to my other review - I'm VERY sure my first shipment may have been a mistake - after comparing it to the new shipment - the first device honestly looked like a damaged return or something - I compared the pieces and you could tell the first set was not wrapped the same way, the colors were faded, etc. I'm thinking this may have been an error from their shipping department which caused an old device to be sent out to me. I am extremely grateful for Andy and Anna and their quick customer service. 2/14/2026 -Arrived broken, missing parts and unusable. I bought this in mid January - hoping for it to be a gift. Went to unbox and set up - upon opening the item - was missing screws and attachment pieces. As I was pulling pieces out of the box broken shards of white material immediately fell off the machine. The end portion where the unit folds was completely disconnected and broken - not just a crack but COMPLETELY broken apart. As well as attachment pieces were broken into shards.

So many awesome things you can do on it I love it Would def buy it again My favorite thing to do on it is the rowing and abs type crawl thing on it but there's other good things you can do on it One thing was kind of broken on mine though But don't feel like sending it back It was one of the clips that hold the pedals In place but it isn't necessary really Bc I can clip all the others and still make it work for exercises I just have to work around that one sometimes and the pilates bar isn't too stable in my opinion but the rest works good

To use this product requires that you be able to lock the platforms for your knees, elbows, etc. in various positions on the equipment. I spent two weeks trying to get customer service because I could not push the locking levers. Vendor won’t respond with a method to fix the problem. They want photos. How can you photograph that a lever makes about 200 lbs of pressure to move it. I’ll probably have to pay UPS to repackage it to return it. Spare yourself the total hassle and buy another product.

I’m satisfied with my Hitgo Pilates Reformer. The reformer plate is very solid, heavy, and well-built, which makes it feel stable and safe during workouts. I also want to praise Hitgo’s customer service. When I first received the reformer, one small part was damaged. I contacted customer support, and Ying responded immediately and arranged a replacement without any hassle. It’s clear that Hitgo truly cares about both product quality and customer experience.

HitGo is awesome, and I have several of their products. This is a neat little board that's easy to assemble and smooth in operation. It can potentially pinch a finger when folding it up, so be aware of that. Otherwise, it's safe and comfortable and does fold for storage. I will have to judge strength and sturdiness over time, but their other products have done well in that area, so I hope this does well also.

You have come to the right product. I am working muscles i have never been able to isolate in my life. I instantly felt my glutes and hamstrings activate without putting strain on and/or twisting my knee to achieve perfect form. Enjoyable and convenient to do 5 moves here 5 moves there, during commercial breaks or whatever. I paired it with “Pilates Board Workout Cards – 71 Reformer Board Exercise Cards with Postures, Instructions & Breathing Tips”. Complementary combo. This crawling machine can do it all and then some! The tracks the rollers roll in, is very smooth. Like roller skating smooth. No exaggeration. I am 5’6 200lbs, they glide like butter. Which i feel works the muscles more effectively and makes them work that much harder because you have to slow down! Wayyyyy down. I would not advice rushing the movements. …. For replacement hinges or any other problems you might encounter, ask for Ying. The customer service card is included with your purchase. I was able to contact HitGo directly and speak with a live representative, which was nice. Ying was a pleasure to work with. Very polite, displaying Amazing customer service. I needed replacement hinges from damage that happened during shipment and he made it happen. Quick fast and in a hurry. My replacement hinges were pulled, packaged, and rush delivered to my door within 11 days total. Would I buy from HitGo agian? Absolutely! Money well spent in my opinion.

Haven’t actually used it yet but my toddler has played on it. lol. It’s safe for him to use and play on. Very sturdy contraption. V E R Y easy to put together. Pretty much pull it out of the box ready to use.
