I do a lot of band workouts so I was excited to add this to my home gym. First, you will definitely need to adjust the bands I am 5’10” and the amount of resistance on the default setting is silly. The last photo shows my adjustment (the longer tail) compared to the default (the shorter tail). I still feel like I need to adjust it further which isn’t difficult but if you have fingernails, you will need a flat screwdriver to pull the clip out. The unit comes with suggested exercises (first photo) but some are not very clear. Also, my set did not come with a door anchor so I am in sure why they include exercises that require that piece (second photo). I own several door anchors that I can use but if you don’t, these exercises are pretty useless. All and all, I am pretty happy with it. I think it would benefit from some guidance on adjusting the straps based on height. As it is, it is hard to know which setting (how far to adjust the band), in accordance with which height actually provides the appropriate resistance to equal the 40-pound black bands, for example; It’s a guessing game. I feel like this is most suitable for light to very moderate weight lifters; if you are heavy into strength training, you won’t get much out of it. ... show more

The set is very complete and easy to assemble and use but the bands are not very strong so you will need at some point use more than one toguether for better force. It has nice quality and after a few month of use is still like new, nothing broken.

I got to use throughout my pregnancy because I wanted something effective, but not heavy weight. This was great!! I loved using this bar along with my online Pilates classes. I liked that there were different resistance bands and the different workouts you can do with this bar are endless.

Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands, WeluvFit Adjustable Bands Exercise Fitness Equipment is a nice starter set for someone who needs a travel set or dorm room exercise set. The bar comes in three pieces and screws together. The threads are very narrow so be careful, it seems like it could cross thread relatively easy. The resistance bands come in two sets and can be combined on the end to add tension. The length of the band can be adjusted with the quick stopper so you can maximize the tension according to your height. It would be nice if a third set of bands were included to allow for stronger individuals and a travel bag to store the set in. This is an interesting pilates bar. I find the two pieces not quite long enough to comfortably hold and use all three pieces assembled. The bar is easy to put together and feels secure. The resistance bands are a little more complicated. There are instructions with pictures, but it still took a bit of tinkering. The foot holds are wide and fit my feet well. Adjusting the length of the resistance band is a bit tricky. I'm on the shorter side and wanted to adjust the length without adjusting the resistance and they're still a bit long for me.
