So, I bought a different one from vitalgear.. and yep it didn't work.. it sucked and I become frustrated because I have started my weight loss journey.. I logged on Amazon and started to look for one. Of course I looked for the one with 4 stars or higher and the most reviews and stumbled upon this lovely one.. I read the reviews and ordered it. Just got done for the 1st time using it..I am a big girl and I use all the links and it fit a little tight but it fit.. started to spin the weight and OMG it's going and not stopping. I was excited.. and by 5-7mins.. I am sweating and calfs are burning.. I was only able to do about 13 mins.. I am hot and sweaty.. I like it and it's only day 1.. the down side is the sound it makes going around but I truly don't care.. I will update in a couple of weeks to let you know if I lost any links and how long I am doing it.. they recommend 30 mins or longer.. I will keep you posted.. hope this helps because I never do these but I felt like someone out there is going through the same thing.. we got this. You can do it..

Love this thing. Got the hang of it quickly. I'm 5'9" and 280lbs, it was making me sweat after less than 5 minutes. Chronic back pain and it doesn't hurt my back yay!, biggest thing is it is so much fun so I don't feel frustrated with doing it as exercise!

I was disappointed when I first got it .. it didn't fit.. but I put it as high as it could go up comfortably and I was able to use.. (they don't sell links, you would have to buy 2) I've used for a week now and although im not able to remove a link yet.. it has lowered ( And fits more comfortable) which means it's doing it's thing!) I definitely recommend this. I'm buying another one to give as a gift!

Please don’t judge my face as u can tell I got excited once I got it to keep moving I ordered this on Thursday and I got it today Saturday march 5 I had trouble trying to hook it up on my waist just because my hands kept going in the opposite direction trying to hook it up in the mirror so far I like it and it fits me really well I will come back in a couple of days or weeks with an update so far this gets a 5 star

Lovely!! I was worried that it would hurt becuase I’ve been using the other kind before, and they really bruised me. But this hula-hoop was much better, I could adjust the weight of it, make it just right for me so it would not hurt while it doesn’t fall! I am getting a lot of fun out of it and starting to get more exercise. BTW, the massage nobs are brilliant, very comfortable.

Amazing! Super easy to assemble, and once you get in the groove, it's so easy! I just throw on a show and do it for the length of the show. Instructions say to do it for at least 30 minutes. Of course, throughout you might have it slow down but just wiggle your hips again to get it going! *its is a little loud, since it's plastic but totally worth it.*
