Trying to fix my diastasis recti and thought about a thigh master thing but didn’t really want that (for a certain move related to fixing diastasis recti). So I saw this and thought I could use it similarly. Not only can I use it for what I need it for but it’s even better. I initially got this because I read it was good for people to use with physical therapy and hip injuries. However, it gave barely any resistance whatsoever, despite being bigger than average ring (I think?), even for physical therapy purposes and I’m very weak due to multiple surgeries.
