I’ve never purchased a mattress online before this. I read reviews on multiple mattresses and decided on this one. I have daily back pain so I need a supportive, almost firm mattress but I also like a soft and plush top. This mattress is exactly that. It’s semi firm so it’s very supportive for my back but it’s really cozy and soft on top. Very little movement is felt when someone else is also on the mattress. If you like a semi firm but soft mattress, this is great. The value makes it better because my last mattress was 1k but this mattress is literally just ad comfortable. I opened and let it expand for a couple of days. It’s really heavy and solid.

Super comfortable bed for our guest room. Easy for 2 people to set up but important to read directions prior to unwrapping. Bed is tightly compressed for shipping and heavy and bulky for one person to handle. Would recommend over other choices.

I got this mattress for the guestroom. It appears to be well built. There are no strange orders in it which is nice. Once I unrolled it it flattened out fairly quickly within a day. it looks very nice. It is comfortable, a tad bit firm but comfortable. I hope it lasts for several years

I don't know if I got the wrong mattress or if the description was just a little off, but this one doesn't feel very firm to me, and the height of the mattress is 12 inches, not 14 as ordered (after allowing 3 days to expand.) Mattress sinks when sat upon, which I don't like, but sinks not as much when lying down on it. I like what I guess most would consider an "extra firm" mattress, so this might be firm enough for most folks. I'm still giving it 3 stars because it was relatively inexpensive and had no noticeable odor. It will go on the bed in our guest room, mostly used by our cat. She's not picky about firmness like I am, and any guests will find it comfortable enough for short stays.
