This knife set has to be the most beautiful piece I have in my kitchen right now. This set came with this beautiful design on the knife handles and on the knife itself so it shines and twinkles when they are clean. The best thing I like about this knife set is the magnetic part. That is so unique and it’s very affordable. You can get this good looking set to complete your kitchen and look like you spent a few hundred dollars but really didn’t. Dishwasher safe and it’s super easy to wipe down. The cut on the knives are great too. It takes up space but in a good way and the quality is just wonderful.

The Knife blades are high quality Damascus steel (maybe) and should be cared for as such. Google how to care for Damascus knives. I would recommend not placing them in a dishwasher. The handles are easy on the grip affording exceptional control. The knives are very well balanced making them easy to use. The wood block is high quality in design and well thought out for ergonomics. The special slicing blades are exposed for easy identification and accessibility. The only downside it the sharpening rod looks cheesy compared to the high quality of the rest of the set but it is perfectly functional. I also purchased a 4 stage pull thru knife sharpener enabling me to obtain a perfect edge every time. I could never get the knack of using a sharpening rod to achieve the same results. As a side note I'm not sure if the knife blades are truly Damascus or High quality steel with a pseudo pattern to make it appear as Damascus. It doesn't really matter because they work great. Unfortunately I returned the set only because the vertical dimension is too high and would not clear my upper cabinets above our countertop. As it turns out, we are in a condo and the typical standard kitchen dimensions are on the short side. You shouldn't have a problem with a full size kitchen.

We’ve had these knives for a few months now and they are sharp but they instantly rusted and pitted. I submitted a return on them but put them in a box and forgot to take them to the post office. We hand wash all of our dishes, we don’t even own a dishwasher so that is not the reason they rusted. Huge disappointment because they are nice looking knives, But they are very poor quality. 🚨Since posting this review and returning the knives the company reached out to me personally and wanted to make it right, they sent me a new set and gave me proper care tips to see if they hold up. Set was missing pieces and although they are sharp they are not Damascus u can see where they etched the swirls . Also the magnet is not strong enough to hold more than 3 on the side and the slots aren’t big enough to stick them in there .
