Almost a year of use and I haven’t had to sharpen these. I’ve minorly cut myself a handful of times so I’d say these are sharp. These haven’t rusted on me, I make sure they’re dry before putting them back in the block.

My favorite is the chief knife. They feel really good in your hand, and they hold an edge well. The house leer doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Because their are stainless steel they are really easy to clean. I use mine all the time and you couldn’t pay me to get ride of them.
