The Piezano Pizza Oven is a game-changer for me! I’ve owned a fancy pizza oven in the past—the kind with a gas tank—and while it worked well, putting the pizza in and getting it out was always difficult for me. The Piezano is so much better with its fully opening top, which makes it incredibly easy to place pizzas in and take them out without any hassle. You can even manually rotate the pizza without opening the top. I definitely recommend rotating as I did notice uneven baking if not rotated. This oven heats up quickly, reaching 700–800 degrees Fahrenheit, and consistently cooks pizzas in less than six minutes, just as advertised. I’ve used it for frozen pizzas and homemade ones, and both came out perfect. The compact size is another big plus for me. It doesn’t take up much space, so it’s easy to store when not in use. Plus, the included user manual is clear and helpful. I am completely happy with the Piezano and I highly recommend it for anyone who loves making pizza at home!

I purchased one of these to try with the idea that I may give a few for Christmas gifts. My daughter and I both like crispy crust pizza. Getting one to cook that way in a convection oven proved to be a challenge. Then there is getting the whole kitchen hot with an oven pumping 400 degree temps in the house. I bought this when it was on sale; probably wouldn't have spent the regular price on it. PROS: Compact; easy to use, secures to counter top; comes with necessary equipment; makes a crispy crust pizza in about 6-7 minutes; the top and bottom can be set separately to customize the cooking result you desire. CONS: the shell of the machine seems to made of material a bit too thin for this cooker--it's kind of light weight which may be beneficial for some, but I'd like heavier material with an appliance that gets 800 degrees. It takes some practice to get this right. The toppings on the pizza can't go all the way to the edge. Prepackaged pizza dough comes in rectangular shapes, so had to be cut down to fit circular stone. Instructions say to let a frozen pizza sit a few minutes before cooking. Buyers must pay close attention to the instructions for use and care of the stone cooking surface. READ THE DIRECTIONS FIRST. The paddles included are a little awkward to use, but I expect will get easier as we make more pizzas. Cleaning the stone is done with a metal scraper only. It will "season" as some other cooking surfaces do. I used corn flour and corn meal on the bottom and too much causes it to smoke up the room, so be cautious with the amount of non-stick meal used. We have enjoyed it, it DOES MAKE A GOOD PIZZA in a short time which is a bonus to busy families. Older kids could use this alone with proper warnings. The quick cook time is a great feature.
