I am very pleased with the TASSUOWELL WIRELESS PICTURE LIGHT. It does an amazing job of illuminating a wall hanging (see photos of ambient light only and with the picture light turned on). Installation and mounting was straightforward. Measure closely so the final install is centered over the frame and at your desired height above the frame. Wider frames will do better with the light installed a bit higher to allow for spreading of the light. In my application, I used a long USB cable to install for charging. I just keep it plugged in all the time and turn the charger on/off (using a smart plug and Alexa) as needed. I illuminate this painting all day and up to bedtime. I recharge overnight. I have it set on maximum brightness and the battery lasts all day, no problem. I keep the remote handy so turning the light on in the a.m. and off at night is now just part of my daily routine. The brass finish on light fixture is very attractive and great addition to our home’s décor. There are lower priced fixtures available, but the quality of the unit and adjustability of the light options make this unit, in my opinion, worth the moderately higher price. 5 STARS AND I DO RECOMMEND THIS ITEM I write honest reviews based on real life experience with each item to help others make informed purchases. This product delivered per expectations. Ease to adjust colors and operate it using the remote. Recharging may be a little difficult should the light be position at height, so for future a removable and/or exchangeable battery may simplify the process. These lights are exactly as advertised and were very easy to set up. Installation was quick, and they look really nice mounted over our large artwork. The design is clean and adds a great finishing touch to the space. The only downside is the battery life. Ours lasts about 6 to 8 hours, so if you want to use it every night, it needs to be taken down and charged daily. That part is not ideal and something to be aware of before purchasing. This picture light exceeded my expectations in both design and functionality. One of my favorite features is the ability to change the light temperature. It offers warm, daylight, and cool settings, and you can easily adjust the brightness depending on the time of day or the mood you want. The light can be intensified or dimmed smoothly, which makes a big difference compared to fixed-brightness lights. The remote and timer are incredibly convenient. I use the timer every night, usually for about 2 to 3 hours, and it automatically turns on in the evening. Even with nightly use, the battery lasts an impressively long time. I only need to recharge it every couple of weeks, and charging is fast and easy. If someone uses it less frequently or for shorter periods, it would hardly need to be recharged at all. The build quality feels very sturdy and well made. The finish is also beautiful. The color I chose is not a bright or yellow gold but a soft, elegant brass with an antique feel. It looks expensive and works just as well in modern spaces as it does in more classic or traditional décor. The light does not hold a charge for even 3 hours. Because it’s placed at about 7.5 ft high (tall ceilings), I have to get on a step ladder to recharge and then have to attach an extension cord to the short recharge wire, then place both carefully over the frame and artwork so I don’t damage the art piece. Then the extension cord dangles against the wall until the unit is charged. If you have better access or don’t mind charging often, this device might be OK.
