    • Helpful support
Size: 10 Inch Compact Screen
Bought this tablet for my daughter. After about a month of use, the charging port quit working. I contacted Amazon and they couldn't do anything because it was past the return date. Amazon directed me to the company website where I was able to get in contact with their support. They were quick with their responses and very helpful. Since it was over 30 days, they could not refund it but said they would repair it for free. After sending it in, they emailed back to say that the parts to fix it were on back order and would take longer then the two weeks to repair it. Instead of waiting for the parts, they sent us a new tablet at no charge to us. The support was very helpful. As for the tablet, my daughter absolutely loves it. She's able to use it with ease and it's very durable. ... show more

    • Amazing tablet for young artist
Size: 10 Inch Compact Screen
My artistic daughter loves this tablet! It was a present for her 12th birthday. She has taught herself how to animate using the tutorials and just practicing. It was easy to set up and learn to use. It seems durable and has its own case. The pen does use AAAA batteries but the 2 it comes with last a while. ... show more

    • Hidden Charges then It Stopped Charging
Size: 10 Inch Compact Screen
== TLDR == * Poor Build Quality * Charging Port Died after 5 months * Hidden fees to unlock full functionality == Full Review == My daughter is highly artistic. She's always drawing on her phone. For her birthday, we bought her the PicassoTab. Upon unboxing, the PicassoTab came with the tablet, protective cover, a charging cable, stylus, and glove. The stylus requires AAAA batteries. Yes, I said AAAA (4-A's). The times I replaced the batteries costed about $6-7 per battery and had to be purchased from a specialty store or online. The glove was a nice touch as it covers the lower half of the hand preventing contact with the screen causing unwanted marks in drawings. The Android OS allowed her to use her Google Account to transfer over apps and settings making the initial setup easy. When playing JackBox, she could use her PicassoTab for an unfair advantage in drawing games. She was off to a good start with her PicassoTab. -- HIDDEN FEES -- We then discovered that to fully use the drawing functionality, you must pay an unlock fee. It's not required for basic usage, just if you want to unlock the full potential of your $200+ purchase. This is akin to purchasing a PS5 and having to pay extra to play PS5 games. Sure you can play PS4 games out of the box, but what was advertised is locked behind a paywall. All this to say, I was not pleased with the added fee. -- CHARGING FAILURE -- After 5 months, the charging port began to fail. My daughter takes care of her electronics. She is careful removing charging cables and only charges the device flat on its back (with no pressure on the USB-C port). 4 months into owning the table, she started to have issues with it charging slower. We thought she had something running in the background so we started to turn it off. Roughly a month later, the PicassoTab stopped charging all together. There's no visible damage to the port. The PicassoTab was never dropped. This well-cared for device won't charge at all. What's frustrating about this is that we paid $200+ for 5 months worth of use. I purchased tablets for half the price that continue to work after 7+ years of abuse. The value disparity strikes me as odd. -- Closing -- Given that the PicassoTab failed within 5 months of purchase, I would recommend buying the extended warranty on it. You shouldn't have to, but it seems necessary to for a product like this. I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND the PicassoTab. With a short life and hidden fees, it is not worth the money. ... show more

    • Well here is a rant. Enjoy
Size: 10 Inch Compact Screen
It functions and can say that I wish it was compatible with other styluses. According to the response from the manufacturer the stylus pen 3 is the only one that functions as a drawing pen for the Picasso Tab A10 and no third party stylus is compatible that they are aware of. And I Have now purchased 3 different stylus’s active and captive neither functional as a replacement. If anyone has had any better luck finding out if something works let me know Know because Amazon and google will tell you it’s either the original pen or one from box wave that no one has reviewed in four years. Seriously ? ... show more
