I ordered this mat back in May. I received it for a friend of mine who is having trouble with his heart, and the mat helps to relieve the pain. The mat that I received worked for quite a while, but then stopped heating up to this normal temperature. I contacted the shipper and told them about it and they were very prompted. Get me another one there within seven days from my response. I am very happy with this. Matt and I am very, very happy with the Shipper that provides it I would buy products from them again

This is a great price for a crystal heating mat. I got this for a chemotherapy patient they say it keeps them warm and makes them feel a bit more comfortable. It's easy to use and they love it so that's all that matters!

Updated review: Very happy that Customer Service stepped up on this. This is a great full body heating pad, and I have missed mine greatly. After some initial communication issues, I received a new unit, not just the replacement parts I had initially requested. THANKS! First of all, really liked this full body heating pad. Worked great - for about 10 months. Recently stopped heating. Contacted the company a total of 4 times, as they noted in the description that "We will provide you with a free replacement of the mat controller within one year from the date of purchase". Unfortunately, there has been no response from - other than an automated acknowledgement of the email sayin they would respond shortly, and a subsequent email offering me 10% off new purchase. No reply or acknowledgement of the query I sent. Was hoping new controller would resolve problem, or be able to get some ideas to help.

This mat is not worth the price they’re selling it. It stopped working a year after buying. The electrical device that the mat plugs into shows one heating setting and it never goes above 10 or 20. There’s no support really other than an email and only a 30 day return. Do not purchase! Total rip-off for $350. I wish I had just invested in a Biomat from Richway instead like I did 10 years ago. That one still works!! I would avoid this product line and I’m going to try to see if there’s anything I can do to fix the mat and I will update this review if that happens.

This mat has been life changing for me! I have fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis. I was paying for hour sessions 2-3 times per week at a local health spa for the bio mat. I have similar results with this mat but now I can have sessions whenever I need relief. In fact I sleep on it most nights set to 41°C then turn it up almost all the way about 30 mins before I get out of bed in the morning. It has help tremendously with my flare ups. I have had mine for over a year with nightly use with no issues. Couple of things I want to note in regards to some of the reviews I’ve seen. -The controller is in Celsius, not Fahrenheit so when you say it won’t go over 51° that’s 124°F -The mat is stiff at first but does soften or get more flexible with use -The padded cover make the mat very comfortable and it’s washable so if you’re using in a higher heat the sweat doesn’t get in the mat itself. (I actually wish there were additional pads available as mine is looking a bit worn after washing multiple times a week for over a year) -It clearly says in the instructions to cover the mat with a blanket while warming to maintain even temperature. With a blanket over it takes less than 5 mins to get over 41°C and about 15 minutes for it to heat up to the highest setting. If you leave it uncovered it could take 30 minutes or more.

It was too stiff compared to the bio mat which is much more flexible. Unless you like sleeping on the floor or something more hard then I supposed this would be good for you.
