i may increase the rating later once i can get this thing to print something but ot 5 stars it didnt come with resi to test it with so there is no way id give it five stars i would expect overpriced products to work right and have some of the material need to test it i cant get it to print it the WIFI on it sucks it doesn't connect to any sites just to a network my pc doesn't detect it on my network even plugged in through the ethernet cords it does not read the file format of some of the programs it came with and cant load the format the user manual says to use its not worth 500 usd i may return it i the next 20 days if i cant get it to run a single print and some of the offers it came with are nothing but false advertisement's even this product felt like it was falsely advertised but if i do get it to print ad it works good i will change the review. i finally got it to print but my first try i failed the supports broke half way in the printing but at least it works i dont blame the machine i just used to thin of supports on the model file.

For starters, I would have given this 5 stars as I am really happy with the overall quality of the printer. It’s made with high quality materials and the packaging was top notch. However one foot of the printer is bent pretty bad. Further inspection of the box indicates that it must have taken a small tumble of drop during the shipping process. I powered on the unit and the initial setup went smoothly. I will be starting its first calibration print and hopefully that goes well also. I will update after the first print is complete.
