I bought this because the details stated it would fit securely on most any flat surface. I travel a lot for work, so it’s essential that I’m able to have access to texts and emails. I placed the base on the surface in my car and let it sit overnight to ensure it stayed put. Tried to attach my phone to the device the next day and it came undone immediately. I received this today and am happy to say that it works pretty well. It is very easy to install and the magnet is really powerful. It also comes with ring sticker that goes on back of iphone cover to support older iphone versions without Magsafe support. Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase

Holder base was easy to attach and seems very sturdy and well made, however, metal piece that goes on back of phone/phone case would not adhere even after waiting over 24hrs before use. Product came with two metal rings to place on back of phone case both fell off very easily and without being touched.
