Holds my phone hostage. Release button never works when my phone is on the charger I have to pull the phone out. When the phone is not on the charger the button works perfect, so strange. Its new trick is intermittent charging. It will charge, then randomly stop then start again. Wish I kept the packaging so I could return it.

Loved the automatic close feature on this. However, it became a problem while driving when any slight vibration would cause the release button to activate and my phone would fall. But I do like mount well enough that I just keep it on my work desk to charge my phone.
