I got one in December last year and it worked great and was easy to use. The battery stopped holding a charge after I moved. I contacted the company directly and the customer service was amazing, they walked me through what to try and in one day they already agreed with me there was a problem and by day two of talking they said they were going to send me a new one. Works pretty well, the app isn’t great, paper jams EASILY if not loaded juuuuust right. Have to watch a video every time to remind myself which direction it goes. It’s hard to write an actual review of the product as I can not use it without entering into a subscription service via included app. If this was clearly stated in the ad I would not a have a problem with it but as is I feel cheated. While it maybe technically feasible to print from your I pad or phone the printer is NOT AirPrint compatible and REQUIRES you print from a subscription based app, that judging by other reviews doesn’t print true to size or allow resizing. As I hadn’t planed to use this add on app, I disregarded these reviews, hopefully this stops someone else from making the same mistake. ... show more
