So far, I have absolutely Zero complaints and a lot of Wow. I love the fact that you can be completly portable in your tattoo world, it can be plugged in while running or you can charge it and get plenty of prints without worrying about the battery. If you go to clients to do at home appointments, this is one less thing you have to ask to plug in. The software for it works well but be aware it has a monthly or annual fee (the annual is a much, much better value for the money). Uploading your own images into the software to print isn't complicated at all, and it has features to take your own drawnings and run different filter to give you different stencils for the specific style of tattoo you're doing. Its compact sized, comes with a nice bag to carry in. Its not too heavy or too light, its that perfect weight that say quality. App works well to translate your drawings or images into printable stencils. Comes with stencil paper as well but also works well with other brands. Easy set up and instructions. Has clear instructions but took some getting used to and now I’m pretty quick with it. The more simple the design the better this does. I put two pictures on to show if your design isn’t transferring well to fake skin it’s probably too much or too little of deodorant or stencil transfer solution. ... show more

Very cool product. Was a little difficult to figure out but I’m slippin when it comes to technology. Lol. Once I realized what to do I felt like a numb nut. Works great with or without the app that you pay for. Hasn’t jammed yet, it connects very easily, and the size and weight for any traveling artist is superb. This product is fantastic and it gives you so many options on stencil transfer decisions as well as additional transfer options with a $12 monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time. I am very happy with this printer and the customer support option that comes with it. It also comes with a case and is very durable. It does not take very long to charge and after charging, you can disconnect it from the charger and take it with you anywhere it is not too big and it’s not super bulky or heavy. I believe the battery life is also very good as you wouldn’t need to keep it on forever and there’s also an option for automatic shut off after use. I do think it’s worth the money. ... show more
