I bought this scooter for my daughter who’s almost 7, and it’s been an absolute hit from day one. She lit up the second we took it out of the box — the colors are bright and fun without being over-the-top, and it just looks cool in that way kids instantly pick up on. It feels really solid and well-made, not flimsy like some of the cheaper scooters we’ve seen. The handlebar adjusts easily, which is perfect since she’s growing fast, and the ride is surprisingly smooth and quiet. It doesn’t rattle or feel shaky — it actually glides. She figured it out in minutes and now zooms around the neighborhood like she owns the pavement. The folding mechanism is quick and easy too, so we’ve been tossing it in the car for park trips and weekend visits to grandma’s. Overall, this scooter feels like one of those rare kid purchases that hits the sweet spot: fun, sturdy, easy to use, and cool enough that she wants to ride it every day. When you unpack this scooter and open it up for the first time, it's immediately noticeable there is almost no comparison to the scooters of the past. The first thing is the larger wheels, which are complimented by the top-quality paint, which gives it the high-quality look you want! Then, as you open it with ease, the second major thing is the build quality. From the lightweight aluminum frame to the added front-end suspension, the foot plate that is completely covered with grip tape, and the comfortable hand grips are all telltale signs that this was made with a lot of time and care. I haven't even started with the ride quality, which is just amazing. It's like riding on a cloud; it's so smooth, it feels unreal, and it can carry up to 240 lbs, so it's right up my alley and fun for the whole family! If all the other comments and mine aren't enough to prove this is a great product, I don't know what is! I think you'll be happy with this scooter no matter what you plan to use it for; it's a great scooter for the entire family! ... show more

The scooter is overall a great value for the price — sturdy and smooth to ride. My 8-year-old daughter uses it mainly in front of our house, and it's very stable. The lowest height setting fits her perfectly. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because there was no instruction manual included. According to the product listing, it should fold easily, but I couldn’t find a folding mechanism during setup. It would’ve been helpful to have clear instructions. That said, for basic everyday use, it works well and we’re happy with it! ... show more

My 11 year old daughter is loving this scooter! The size is perfect for her, but would definitely accommodate and adult who was using it for commuting purposes. It folds up really easily and even includes a shoulder strap (which we are not using) to facility easy carrying. It's very well built and is rock solid to ride. The large wheels are so much smoother on the ground that the old roller blade size wheels on her previous Razor scooter! Overall, this scooter is really well designed, really well built, rides really smoothly on the street and she is having a total blast riding it! I would absolutely recommend this scooter and I may end up buying a second for my 7 year old once she masters riding her 3 wheel scooter. ... show more

This PHOEROS scooter is a very nice scooter. It took me only a few minutes to take this out of the box and have it fully assembled. No tools are needed to get this up and running. This scooter has a solid, lightweight aluminum frame. It’s 8 inch wheels give it a nice smooth ride. I’ve been having fun riding this around. Its rear brake is easy to use and works well. I’m slightly bigger than its suggested user size, I’m 6’2. The handlebars can be adjusted quite a bit and it’s easy to do (tool free). This has a cool little kickstand on the side of it. Breaking this back down into a small form factor is quick and easy to do. It makes storing and / or transporting it a breeze. ... show more
