Chair was delivered early, easy to move in 3 different boxes, and easy assembly. It is very comfortable and wide. Lift is amazingly high, vibration and heat work perfectly, it is quite and doesn't disturb tv volume. The one issue is the head rest does not provide enough support, causing neck pain. I have been wanting to purchase a recliner for the nursery for months. I saw this chair (same exact one) on a a different website and the reviews were amazing so I decided to purchase it through Amazon since I can get some rewards through my prime account. However I was disappointed with jt. The mechanism on it is not as expected, the chair looks great but the massager is loud, like super noisy & can't use it while trying to put my baby to sleep! I haven't tried the hear part so I can't review that yet but I'm hoping it's not as bad. Also the chair takes up too much space to recline, unlike the recliners I have in my living room. This chair is so Nice! Wasn't sure about the color however when it came its ok! By far awesome for the $!!! My father had a stroke about a year ago and is a large tall man. The chair is almost perfect for him. The up down button is in the chair so can't lose it or drop it. Only issue is with his mat on the chair it slides. Love this. Its perfect for me, but I'm 5'7". The top of my head is at the top of the back. My heels come just to the end of the foot rest. The heat works great on the back. The massage options are OK not great but ok. It has hidden cup holders and a USB port. The controls for the chair are built into the arm, the controls for the heat massage are handheld and they tuck into the pocket, which is easy to reach. The best thing about the chair is that the seat is 24 inches wide, most others are only 19 to 21 inches. That extra 3 inches is great for my dog or my crochet yarn. ... show more
