Lesson learned cheaper is not always a deal. Received the chair on a cyber Monday deal and after 3 uses it started having issues. The lumbar vibration went out, and it cuts off randomly. I checked all wires and outlets to ensure it was not my home causing the outage. The chair did not live up to my expectations in the slightest. I spoke with amazon customer service to look into replacing the product in hopes that I just got a defective chair and all they could offer was return due to the chair not being in stock which clearly isn't true per the sales add, and when asked if I would be charged a return fee they just sent me to the next representative/department with no answer. Update: The customer service team for this product reached out to me to apologize for their mistake, and offered us a smaller, complimentary chair of a different style to try and rectify the situation. I adjusted my stars for this review from one star to three to reflect their customer service, but did not want to go higher than three as the mistake was still made and caused a major and potentially expensive inconvenience for the consumer. Having a significantly inaccurate product description is a major error to make, especially for such a large and expensive item. We specifically purchased this chair for our nursery because, according to the product description, it was a rocking recliner. The product description stated: [Manual Lounge Chair]: The recliner boasts a soothing rocking function that promotes relaxation, making it ideal for lulling children to sleep or unwinding after a long day at work. The gentle rocking motion helps to ease stress and create a calming environment. Built with robust wooden and metal supports, the recliner chair has long-lasting stability and ensures a comfortable rocking experience. We received the chair today, set it up, and discovered that it did NOT rock after all. I emailed customer service to find out if we missed a step during set up - the manual bragged about their exceptional customer service - and within an hour, the option for the chair we purchased was no longer listed as an option to buy. We have yet to hear back from their customer service and had to go through Amazon customer service to come to a resolution. The side metal pieces didn’t line up on the right side. Had to call someone to fix them for me (luckily my mom’s boyfriend was able to) otherwise it wouldn’t have been able to be put together. Also only came with ONE plastic cup holder, the other side is just a cloth hole. It’s comfy for a recliner, but not worth the extra work while assembling, and the extra money for build quality. ... show more

I bought two of these to go in our camper and they fit perfectly! I was excited about the massage factor but it’s underwhelming to say the least. I think the heat will be alright and I love the cupholders.

Nice firm but comfortable chair. Love the heat settings. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't get all of the pieces for the chair in the same delivery but it was only 2 days behind. I love the chair though.
